Beehive Self Storage Reviews

Very pleased with the friendly staff who were always very polite & professional at all times, the storage units are very clean & secure with ease of access. Because we emptied our unit over a period of time, Beehive very accommodating allowed us to hire a smaller unit as we cleared our original unit hired.
We also hired their van for moving our furniture which was very handy as our car was left on their gated secure site with CCTV coverage which made life a lot easier & less stressful.
We only have two small points which could be improved & that is that there were no internal lights working in the van which made it very difficult to see what we were doing as we moved in December & it was dark from 4pm onwards & the other point is that as we are both disabled & we found the stairs a challenge especially as there was no person lift available.
All in all excellent & we would not hesitate to recommend Beehive & use them again in the future.

Helpful, accommodating and always friendly...Thank you

extremely friendly staff .. very clean, tidy and secure storage . no damp, easy to access with no hidden charges .. excellent

Very efficient, helpful friendly staff. Nothing to much trouble.

I was welcomed by really friendly people at the counter who assisted me throughout my tenure, who helped me choose the right size unit and various deals. There were trolleys at the entrance to the store which proved very helpful. Overall the cost is very reasonable and the service is brilliant.

I received amazing service from Beehive storage. I was a little stressed to say the least about a delivery of stock arriving, as I wasn't going to be there when it arrived. Beehive were so helpful. Also when I did arrive they helped me to get the stock to the storage unit and found me the best storage option. They really went above and beyond. I can not recommend them highly enough. All the staff are so polite and friendly and always have a good experience when I go to my unit. Thank you, Beehive! Keep up the good work :) Alex

I was very pleased with the service and facility. The storage units are very clean. And there are security cameras everywhere, so gives piece of mind. The staff in Taunton I found to be very pleasant and friendly. I would have no issues recommending Bee hive, and more than happy to use again if the need ever arises!!!

Cancelled my unit. They didn't tell me I had handed back and so couldn't use it again, but were happy for me to be still paying for it as I was just inside my notice period.

Would recommend, no problems at all.

I found Beehive Storage and their staff a first class experience. The staff were friendly and extremely helpful and very accommodating when my dates kept changing. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

I have been using a storage unit at the Taunton site for over a year now, superb facility, always brightly lit and spotlessly clean. The site feels very secure and I have no worries about the security of my items.
The staff are always helpful and friendly. I am very happy with the service and would recommend to anyone.

The lovely staff were very helpful when I needed a secure storage unit at short notice. I was able to move everything in to a very clean and safe storage unit on the same day! The brilliant service is worth every penny!

We stored our personal belongings at Child Okeford twice over a couple of years and often had to go to sort things out where we found staff very helpful and friendly. The units were clean and safe and offered a good variety of sizes to choose from. We changed according to our change of need which was no problem. We would easily recommend them to others.

I stored personal belongings in the Lopen facility for 3 years and was very pleased to find them in the same condition as when I left them. The people who run the site are professional, friendly and always at hand to provide any help needed. If I were being really picky, I'd say the available hours can be slightly restrictive but this wouldn't stop me using them again in the future.

We needed storage at short notice for some materials, the team at Beehive were able to sort us out a unit that met our needs perfectly. i would have no hesitation in recommending them to others

If you are seeking to self storage in or around Taunton Deane I can highly recommend Beehive.
Moving home is stressful enough and during 2014 I was grateful to hear of via a colleague a self storage company that cares, Beehive.
Pricing is good (that includes the boxes and accessories you'll need for your move / storage) and the facility is superb.
Service, service, service - this is the most important - every one of the team was great. Nothing was too much trouble and also fun people to deal with.
All in all a 5* experience.

I have had a bad experience with storage in the past, extra charges I was not told about were added at every opportunity and had to pay a substantial amount to move my now damp stuff out of storage. I should have stored with Beehive from the outset, I would have saved money and my furniture would have been in better condition. The staff at beehive are so helpful and make moving really easy for you, definitely recommend them

After biting the bullet and admitting i need to pay for storage i approached beehive self storage to see what it is i actually need! the staff were welcoming, friendly and very helpful! i came away from my initial visit satisfied that i was not just another tick on a sales sheet but a valued customer and that for me is what made me sign up! there are cheaper storage units elsewhere but the facilities and staff at beehive self storage are the best all round package!

Really can't fault Beehive, great company, great staff very friendly and very helpful.
My items are kept in top condition, you get exactly what you pay for, somewhere clean and dry to store your boxes and furniture and the costs are very reasonable.
Would recommend this company to everyone. :)
