Sold fakes!

Terrible experience. Purchased a brand new road bike a few years back as a new cyclist. They could clearly tell as they set me up a bike with fake shimano 105's (no model code, poor surface finish) and 175cm crank lengths (for a 5ft 2 woman?!) Poor, very poor.

As a now experienced cyclist, I look back on this with disgust

A can-do attitude!

I brought in my bike for help adjusting the derailleur as the gears were slipping badly. The delightful and well-informed mechanic dropped what he was doing, figured out the problem and sorted it quickly. Great service, nice people!

Went in as my brakes weren’t working…

Went in as my brakes weren’t working properly after my son borrowed my bike. I needed my bike to be safe enough for work ahead of the bad weather.

The guy who welcomed me was superb and kind. He very quickly was able to pin point the issue and then cracked on just adjusting things so I could use it. Yes, at some point new brake wires would be good. But he did this gratis. I was blown away and very relieved. I’ll be back when the time comes to get a service done. Thanks so much. 🥰

Great customer service

A few months after a service my gears suddenly seized up. Beeline had checked but not had to alter the gears. I took my bike in and they checked it immediately, changing the gear cable and taking the shifter apart. And no charge- thanks guys!

Popped in this morning to get some…

Popped in this morning to get some advice and help with tubeless ready clinchers, Mark was ever so helpful and knowledgeable, 15 mins later I was leaving with a cracking set of tyres fitted and ready to go on my wheels. Thank you for the friendly and quick service, keep up the great work

Great customer service for online purchase

I purchased a new MTB online for delivery but unfortunately on receipt of the bike I discovered a number of issues which I was not happy with due to errors made by Beeline. I contacted Beeline with a view to returning the bike and they were extremely apologetic and after some discussions via email and phone we came to an agreement which meant I have kept the bike and accepted a partial refund to resolve the issues. I do not often write reviews, however I wanted to say that Beeline quickly accepted responsibility for the issues and went out of their way to give great customer service to get the issues resolved (I still had the option to return the bike and have a new one sent out if that was what I wanted). Not every transaction will go 100% smoothly and when issues arise what counts is how they get resolved and this is where Beeline more than delivered which I appreciate and I will continue to purchase from you in the future. Thank you.

Fantastic support with frame warranty claim

I recently contacted Beeline Oxford with an issue I had with a 3 year old hardtail I purchased from them. When I took the bike into the store they immediately contacted the manufacturer and staffed a warranty claim on my behalf. They quickly resolved the issue, received a replacement frame and re-built the bike within a week. I can not rate their customer support and professionalism highly enough. They exceeded all expectations.

Great friendly service

I went in to buy a new lock. Andreas was so helpful and knowledgeable that I ended up chatting about bikes in general and John also joined in, so I decided to buy my next bike from them. They haven’t always been so friendly at Bee Line but were great today.

Ordered a mountain bike for delivery

Ordered a mountain bike for delivery. When it arrived i only had to attach the front wheel and handle bars and it was ready to ride, however the gears needed tuning and hydraulic brakes needed bleeding at the price of £55. I expected this to be done after spending over £1000 on a bike

Bought a trek domane al2 recently

Bought a trek domane al2 recently, everything is good, come with the original box ,well picked and fast delivered.

Just need to attach the handlebar, seat post, also the front wheel, then it's good to go.

Fix your bike scheme? Beeline need to fix their attitude...

I had a bad experience fixing my bike at this shop.
I brought my bike with couple of simple things to fix: pedals and some brake outer cables. The mechanic was rude to me as soon as i mentioned the Government "fix your bike scheme", "That's an old bike" he said, and tried to convince me that the super rusted pedals could function without straps! Just to not do the job.. I had to justify and explain that's dangerous as it can snap at any moment with potential damage or worse: accident!! I had to be more knowledgeable in the profession than himself. He then tried to sell me cheap £9 pedals which i refused and requested ordering something more suitable.

He ended up giving me an appointment 11 days later and stressed that I had to bring the bike first thing in the morning to be fixed during the day and refused to receive it later on the day (11days later) I was working that morning so had to travel to oxford a day in advance to drop the bike. The following day, waited until 4pm no text message no call.. had to go there only to find out it still wasn't done!! had to wait until nearly 5pm to pick up my bike, I felt treated as "the least valued customer"
The funny thing is,I met another customer at the door who brought their bike at 4 to fix it on the day "Favouritism".
Will never go back to that shop, definitely not recommending it.

Bought a bike online from Beeline in Oxford, small error on delivery but the service to help rectify went above and beyond, I’m overwhelmed with the customer service and would buy again and recommend any day of the week, fantastic team.

Excellent customer service

I went into Beeline Oxford today to get help with a bicycle I had purchased on line, as the gears were not working properly. The staff I spoke to were really helpful and knowledgeable. Mark looked at the bike and identified the problem and fixed it within 10 minutes. Professional, friendly with excellent customer service.

Replacement chain rings

Replacement chain rings, cassette and chain undertaken on my winter road bike today by Mark. Covid procedures top notch. Work carried out brilliantly and with speed as I enjoyed a coffee down the road.

Very Decent Bike Shop

I ordered a set of Shimano Claris double STI levers (shifters) with this company and in error they sent a triple lever set. After contacting them by email and telephone they offered to refund or replace the item, stating that the original part ordered would not become available for approx 3 weeks.

I explained that I had already fitted the levers and the enclosed gear and brake cables, and that to disconnect everything and return the product would cause considerable inconvenience, and render me without the use of my bike for 3 weeks until the original part ordered became available. I stated that on this occasion I would be prepared to accept the order sent in error and make the necessary adjustments to the triple shifter to make it work with my double chainring, if they could refund 50% of the price paid (I paid £80).

They contacted me asking me to take a photo of the code number on the triple lever, which I did and sent. Soon after I was surprised to receive an email from Paypal stating I had received a refund from Beeline Bicycles for £79.99; the price I paid i.e. a full refund.

This is an act of decency and generosity from Beeline Bicycles of Oxford for a genuine error on their part, and one which is greatly appreciated in this challenging economic climate. Buy with confidence. Many Thanks.

Warranty claim

Had an accident with my Cervelo bike which the manufacturer took ages to resolve.However Beeline were very persistent and after much work on my behalf secured a replacement bike. Friendly andvery knowledgeable team
