I’ve been a fan of Belgian beer for years and have used quite a few Uk websites to buy it but Beerhunter is definitely one of the best, good range of beers, always indicate stock levels and delivery is always efficient. Definitely 5 stars.

I Was wanting to Oder some German beer which I found on the site but itwas out of stock. luckily beer hunter emailed me straight away when it was back in and dispatched the following day. glass bottles were well packed and arrived intact

Early days,only a couple of orders, but I have joined the loyalty club on the basis of the range of beers offered, especially my favoured German beers.
Orders were delivered quickly (not particularly cheaply-but at least joining loyalty club will provide some delivery discount).

Order process very simple and efficient. Was kept informed of delivery from start to finish

The beer I ordered arrived in a reasonable time. Only reason for 4 stars not 5 is that when I ordered delivery said it would be Monday. The courier changed that initially to Thursday and then back to Wednesday so I was juggling a bit trying to be home at the right time.

Site easy to order off of. Spun the wheel and got free delivery on my Pineapple beer which I’ve been trying to find in England since I first tasted it in Belgium 30+ years ago. Delivery was within a few days and delivery information was very good

Quick delivery and reasonably priced beers

The true test of a good company is when something doesn't go quite to plan. The courier messed up my delivery, it was late and damaged. Beerhunter have been fast, helpful, fair and thoughtful in replying, refunding the damaged item, and providing a thoughtful discount for the inconvenience. They live up to their reputation as a thoughtful, family fun business, and I look forward to many more orders.

Beers arrived in good time considering that I live in a rural setting. Beers were very well packaged. My only gripe is that although the Belgian beer promotion promised free delivery and the discount code was applied and apparently accepted, no discount from the postage charge resulted. So far Beer Hunter have not replied to my email requesting a refund. This is the second time this has happened although I did obtain a refund on the first occasion.

Always use Beerhunter to purchase special gifts for my husband. He loves the Belgian Beers selection boxes, just a shame you don’t include your complimentary glass any more. Still brilliant though !!
