After reading an excellent article on the internet regarding Retirement Villages written by Mark Lumley of Beger & Co, Lawyers, we followed it up with a consultation. Very concerned about avoiding a costly disaster we were most impressed with Mark's expertise. He was very thorough working through every aspect of the contract presented & followed up with several emails & phone calls. We were made very welcome by the friendly staff.
