Received the incorrect dress twice. Returned it after the first time and had to pay the ridiculous ten dollar return free for their own mistake; then received the wrong dress yet again in the mail. Don't order from here if you want to receive what you ordered.

This company has the worst customer service. I purchased a sweater as a gift and the first time she wore it, it unraveled at the neckline making it unwearable. The sweater quality was very poor. They requested a picture which I sent and they offered 25% refund or 50% gift card. I said that was not acceptable so they bumped it to 50% refund and 80% gift card. Why would I want a gift card considering the poor quality of their products. They should've just refunded the money. Won't do business with them again.

A return shipping fee of $14 is absolutely ridiculous. Especially with having a 14 day return policy. It doesn’t cost anything to send the label as it’s automatically sent via email. I definitely wouldn’t have placed another order if I knew the return fee was so high as I’m trying to find a bridal dress that fits nicely and trying to support small.

I have purchased many times before but I recently purchased a beautiful top and unfortunately the top did not match what was shown in the photo online due to a sewing issue. However, the quality of the fabric and all else was great! I reached out and immediately got a response, the ladies I spoke with were so kind and quick about the situation. I was able to exchange the faulty top for a new one. The new top was sent out the same day I received the faulty top. Customer service skills are a 10/10. You guys are amazing!

Scam. Fabric is not what is mentioned. On the site it said to cotton and polyester. They also do not respond to emails. And from today they have updated their webpage but forgot that consumers can just go to a snapshot time of their webpage.
I made an order & almost immediately was emailed as a potential security risk & had to provide evidence from my bank. I was sceptical & blacked out the account details. My order was then confirmed & shipped the same day. I received the order the very next morning. Customer Service was extremely helpful & the service was extremely prompt. I have ordered 4 items now, only 1 of them I wasnt extremely happy with the quality & returned that. The rest I am very pleased with.

I live in Ontario Canada. I ordered a dress for my daughter on October 21. Somewhere within the shipping process my dress never made it to Ontario Canada and instead was sent back to Australia on October 29. I contacted the company and at first kept telling me my dress was in Canada and to file an investigation. I tried but becasue it involves an international tracking number I am unable to but Canada post suggested that the company can. Well, Beginning Boutique was extremely unwilling and instead repeatedly told me to wait to see if the dress would come. As of today the company has blocked my email address. I am out over $120.00. I have proof of all their emails to back up what I am saying. This is not a way to do business. The reviews on their website must be fake. I wrote a bad review and they won't post it.
I have to say, i live in germany but still ordered even though is from Australia, the express shipping only took 5 days and the dress was quite good quality. I even received a handwritten note. I would definitely order again if i didn’t live in Germany and wouldn’t have to pay customs (I didn’t pay that much though)😊(i ordered a formal dress btw)

Return policy is misleading. They decide how long they think it’ll take for your package to be returned to their warehouse. No matter how early you start, it won’t make it within their 14 day window, so you’ll only be offered store credit.
And the dress wasn’t that nice either.
Worst customer service experience in my life. Purchased from them. Never received confirmation. Needed to return and couldn’t locate order number because I never received email and there was no invoice in the bag. By the time I received a response back from customer service regarding my order I was told that it was passed the return window for a refund and that would get store credit only. I will never purchase from this company or recommend it to anyone! They do not value their customers!
Zero customer service. Have contacted at least 5 times and not a single response. Would recommend staying away for this reason alone. Sizing is unreliable.
My daughter recently purchased a dress through the website and used her credit card. She is the authorized user and I am the owner of the card. Almost immediately they sent her an email stating there is a security check and to send a screenshot of the transaction as it appears on the online banking statement. If this is not done order will be cancelled. Immediately my concerns for this place kicked into gear and I said no way. However, the transaction still went through. I told them again that this is terrible business practice to ask individuals to send any transaction information via email. The individual still refused to send product unless I give this information or speak over the phone. Now I have no product and they have my money for an additional ten business days. Don't do business here. I think that asking for transaction information of any kind poses a security risk. Doesn't matter how they word it in their policy. Steer clear.

The dress looked nothing like the photo and felt and looked cheap. The dress also took forever to get here. When applying for a refund we were told that it must get there within a certain amount of days. This is insane considering it took way longer to get here. I would not recommend this boutique for anybody who lives outside of Australia.
