It has already been 3 months since my order and I only received multiple auto-generated replies rather promising that “the warehouse and logistics staff” will send the items as soon as possible, I have reasons to suspect that the website is a scam website.

This company is a scam. I've ordered something from them, albeit stupidly, since July and have not received it up till today (October). I then did a company search (they had their company's regsitration number on the website) to find out more information about them. After I emailed their 'customer support' again to ask for a refund and told them that I would start proceedings otherwise, they have now removed their company's name and registration number from their website - DOUBLEFLYWHEEL HK CO., LIMITED, Company Number 2704540, Address at Flat/Rm A, 12/F, ZJ 300, 300 Lockhart Road, Wan Chai, Hong Kong
