The product turned out better than it appears in the photo.

We are also satisfied with the on-line service and delivery.

The order and shipping was fine but it took over 1 month to get the refund after the return was delivered, on top of that , return is not free. I sent several emails and had to file PayPal dispute, once dispute was filed , the refund was issued immediately. Quite annoying.

The online selection was good, after a long search I finally found lamps that I like.
I subtract one star only because the wifi-controlled light bulbs are not connecting with the app (even though I had set up a 2.4 GHz wifi hotspot as required according to the manual).

Ordered on 22/11/2024; on inquiry 7 days later they said: “Your order will be sent to your address within the next 24 hours” - nothing happened.

The next request was answered on 03/12/2024 with: “Your order will be shipped to your address by 05/12/2024.”

Today on the evening of 05/12/2024 I still have no shipping confirmation

We had to cancel our order after making payment. Our payment was returned within the time frame requested, no complaints.

I bought a vintage bulb for replacement, everything worked fine and I just installed it. The only downside was the delivery price that only had one option a bit expensive.

The lights were delivered on time, exactly as they were in the photos. I am very satisfied and will order from them again

Stole our money!
They sent us the wrong article. We had to send it back on our own costs and now they are saying, they didn't receive it, although the parcel service clearly states, that the lamp has returned to its owner!
It's been 3 weeks now and i dont think i will get my 180 Euros back.

5 🌟 for the fast shipping of the lamp.
2 🌟 for the instructions, one because the print is really to small to read and two the diaphragm doesn't give clear instructions.
3 🌟 for the lamp itself because my husband had to install extra wire to make all 5 lights functional ( 2 would work, but not the other 3).
It was not as simple as to just connect the light fixture!

Products arrived well packed and everyhing worked well. I would say that shipping took a bit longer than expected, but nothing to serious.

Very fast delivery, product in perfect quality and good e-Mail communication. Unfortunately no experience with the customer support.

Beleuchtung took money from my account.
Dhl link did show the paket went to the wrong place, and I did write them to get help.
NO answer.
Did try to phone beleuchtung but after more than one hour waiting and no answer I gave up.
E-mails they do not answer.
Helpdesk do not answer.

Strange. Although I have not received the goods yet (it has been a week since the order was paid) you are asking my opinion about the seller. Regrettable corporate policy ...

Great experience! Easy to shop on their webstore, payment went through without issues, package arrived quickly, and we were kept well-informed during the whole transportation process. Highly recommended.
