Belgarum if I could give them a minus if I could and I think everybody I know that has to deal with them they would as well we pay a fortune to them and they do nothing they said they were going to hand back the management company to wimpy they couldn’t even do that there liars and cheats taken money promising work they supposed to do that we pay for and they give no results ! Contacted the local council they have been keeping a eye on there none existing work since September 2023 fingers crossed there going to take it directly to wimpy and we will get are money back from them 🤞

Total scam

Visited property and gave verbal estimate. Asked for them to confirm in Email and provide terms of service such as fees.
No Email, no phone call, heard nothing!
Don’t expect to have to chase an Estate Agent and reflects badly on there reliability if I had appointed them.
So lost my business / commission for sale.

inept and a rip off.

bring in the lawyers (bond wilkinson) who helped kill post office workers over arrears that they said it was okay to pay over time.

rude pigs assisted by magistrates on the payroll.
