products are perfect so is the service from Beliani world wide
We wanted 4 chaselongs, 2 left and 2 right side and only one “side” kind was available, so we made 2 orders so we could get the available one right away. Beliani customer service contacted us to ask if we would like to wait and have both kinds of chaselongs “side” at the same time, due that color different can be there when it comes from different productions. This is good service that they catch both our orders and see this. We waited and our kids who it was for, just loves there 2 chaselongs each, we used them to make a small couch

Unacceptable, Unreliable
I ordered a bed frame and a mattress.
This bed frame was supposed to arrive in May, never came and did not receive any update for the delay. After talking with customer service I was expecting for it to come in stock on June since that was the new update to which I responded with "No problem, it is fine."
Accidentally, I decided to double check the status of the bed today. Looks like the restock of the frame got moved for December of 2021.
Beliani's customer service had indeed contacted me about this a couple days earlier prior to me checking but the email had ended up in my spam folder.
Unfortunately, the order went missing.
Therefore, I now have a mattress and no bed frame.
You draw your own conclusions from my experience.
