They promise something, you will not receive nothing. Fake info on the websitem even 3rd party companies which are or were cooperating with them regret it because they are not trustworthy!

Ordered it online for a reasonable price (table and six chairs) then saw bad reviews, mainly from Germany (I am in Finland), about delivery problems, however mine was delivered 4 days earlier than i expected and all in good condition and I had zero problems with any of it, a pleasant surprise and experience.

Bought bedside tables from Beliani through leen bakker which I had to return. Customer service was at first fine but when it came time to actually arrange the return, they stopped responding. 1.5 months later I am still trying to get a response.

Update: After calling Beliani directly, I got in contact withh their customer service, who were then very helpful and friendly in arranging the return. They also checked in their system and said they could not seem my emails via the leen bakker system (though I verified I sent them correctly). So it seems in the end the issue is primarily wiht Leen Bakker not with Beliani, so I am adjusting my review to a 4 star based on their follow up.

They stated as prompt available and shipping in not time however after you proceed it takes more than a week to receive. very very bad experience and now have to find something else

Item delivery date was mid November. Received an email to say we’ll only receive beginning of Feb. Currently we are fast approaching end of Feb and every time I call they apparently can’t give me an expected time of delivery. Ridiculous customer service.

We found a fitting bed, affordable and strong like we looked for. There was a small issue with the bed (small damage and it seemed a re-send) but this was handled swiftly and effectively by Beliani after we reported it. Four stars as the product is overall good quality, affordable and - as we experienced - there is good after-sales support (which is pretty hard to find these days).

I am looking for nice and trendy furnitures, but it is expensive everywhere. I found this website is cheaper compared to others and the quality is good! They also like to have some promos, I got a little seat plushies for my purchase of bedframe!
