I have seen some different to the regular designs here, and purchased a mango wood console table. It was wonderful, the design and quality. Assembly was simple too. I've placed 4 new orders now with different things varying from a hallway console table, wall art to a side cabinet. Very satisfied with the purchases.

Completely no understanding for English Speakers who’s learning Swedish and therefore not comprehending the Swedish only disclaimers regarding refunds and exchanges… my glass table shatters in delivery, and a day later I was declined my refund because I “don’t have picture evidence” which I didn’t know because I don’t understand!

Took over 1 and half months to ship a bed.

Prize for worst customer service. Ordered a dining table and chairs. Changed my order after talking to customer service and they said they had stopped the first order. I called again when I got a notification that furniture was on its way, making sure it wasn't my first order. Customer service said that it couldn't be the first order since it was stopped. Sure enough when the furniture arrived, it was raining cats and dogs, it was the first order. Called back, and they did confirm it was the first order. Then I needed to get it back. Pick-up was ordered but when the pick-up came they had no papers so I couldn't send the furniture back. Called customer service again and told them what had happened. Then they said, oh but you need to have order slips on the packages. Yep, but why didn't they supply me with this in the first place. They said that they were going to e-mail me the slips and order a new pick-up. But I didn't get any slips, so now I had to call back again. I finally got the slips on and hope they wont screw up again. I have had to be how two days for the delivery, for nothing and all calling and time wasting when I have paid a lot of money. I've talked with the support of trying to speed things up and that I would be compensated in some way, but they said that the Manager had said that there would be no compensation. This is certainly a nightmare. Never ever order from Beliani´.

Absolutely horrible. Ordered a sofa. After several weeks, I recieved a notification that my sofa was on the way. Then I didn't hear anything for 2 weeks. I contacted Beliani, and a farce started. They lied several times and claimed the sofa had been sent already although the transport company said it hadn't. For 2 months, I kept calling and e-mailing Beliani and they claimed to have sent the sofa first with one and then another transport company, but it had been returned them because I had not responded to the notifications from the transport company. Again, the transport company confirmed they had not sent me any notifications because they had not recieved the sofa from Beliani. After another round of phone calls and e-mails, Beliani said my sofa had "disappeared" and that they could not send a new one because it was out of stock! By then I threatned them with legal consequences (consumer rights are pretty strong in Sweden) and look and behold - suddenly, my sofa appeared again and finally reached me. I was promised 50 euros price reduction in compensation for all the trouble and 6 month delay, but I never got the money.
Totally unserious company, DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM BELIANI!

I have placed my order on the 21 of March and on the 27th of March i have already received it. Products were according to the description and photos from the site. I am happy with my order :)

Bad transport. Poor quality products. Terrible customs service. Wasted hours of my life on the phone.

Fantastic store with a huge selection of quality products.

Ordered a nice cowhide carpet, very beautiful. It came without issues, well packed and decently fast.

A bit slow website, otherwise good. Bought from here before and had no problems.

It is a pleasure doing business with Beliani. Smooth as silk every step of the way. Five star Customer service! Someone was always available, by email or a quick call, to answer my all questions about particular products I was considering, the scheduling and on to the delivery. And I could hardly believe how quickly my order arrived!
Based on this most excellent experience, I am going back to the Beliani website and see what other treasures I might find.
