Made a order on deliveroo,the carbonara was so salty, I removed all the pancetta out as it was all pure fat and the garlic bread was hard an just snapped as you bit it,I wouldn’t recommend

Food was not great, I later found out that it was warmed up food what they serve.
Only to be stung with a £20 service charge. No wonder the waitress was extra helpful. Was not informed of that little detail. Overall disappointed.

Really disappointed on a recent visit for my birthday celebrations.
On arrival was given a list of items they didn't have including two of the starters and two of the desserts and there were not many choices to start with.
We were advised on ordering drinks that the wine we wanted they didn't have. Probably a good thing as we were charged £28 for 4 glasses of the house rose! Six pints of coke and a pint of lemonade was also £28. (Taking these figures from the bill in front of me).
Food wasn't hot and over priced for what we received. £23 for six small pots of rosemary fries.
Sadly service was also slow and it wasn't busy... we now know why!
Would not recommend and will not be returning.

Bella Italia need to do a whole lot better! Absolute rip off!

Food was very bad, delivery was late and the man get lost. He was calling me and screaming on me that he is right there and I waiting outside. The price is so high and not worth for that food

Wonderful services served by George, would record here for a lovely family or date night lovely food and amazing drinks! Definitely coming back

Had a meal at the abbey wood retail park Bella italia with some friends and was served by Joanna for the course of our meal. The food was great and Joanna was polite, welcoming, and very helpful during our stay there, I would definitely return here in the future for another meal with friends and family - additionally the gin sample at the end was a nice touch.

We booked to eat for Fathers Day. When we sat down, first thing we were pointed out was the "many" dishes that were not available! Then, the pasta that was not available! Having not been able to go out since covid, the children was looking forward in eating there normal meals. We all ordered our normals. When they arrived, the size had reduced but the essence of the dish had changed! They changed there supplier and ingredients, which made the meal tasteless! Worse thing was i could buy the same sauce from Lidl and get the correct pasta's! for less than £1. We paid £15 per head..... for meals we didn't enjoy! Worse thing was the staff member knew it and did nothing. This was one of our family dinner places. Shame it no longer is!

Was looking forward to the meal having pre booked it, had even picked out what I was going to have beforehand. When I sat down and was presented with the menu the two things I wanted were not available! We had booked for the set menu which only had 4 desert options (one being just 3 scoops of ice cream) and 2 of them were also unavailable! I then wanted to pay cash but they said they do not take cash, not because of coronavirus but because they didn’t want to pay the armed van men to collect the cash! Then to top it off they overcharged us and once I realised before leaving, it took them 20 minutes to sort out a refund and NEVER SAID SORRY

Me and my partner went to the restaurant in Hempstead and were served by a very inviting and enthusiastic Cleo! Our food was brilliant and the service was spot on. Can’t go wrong with Italian.

From the time we arrived to the time we left Corina was such an amazing host/waitress. She was pleasant helpful and friendly giving us advice and help as it was our first visit. The food was amazing, it came out hot which can be a rare thing in some restaurants but not here. Hot, fresh and full of flavour, we all enjoyed everything and are looking forward to going back.

After the way they treated their employees at the beginning of covid, (they fired them about 2 days before the fact) making many of them poor (not all of them were entitled to furlough) I will never eat in this company again.

Poor food and poor customer service.
We went for a family meal at Bella italia and tbh struggled to find anything on the reduced menu we wanted. We choose or starters and mains which were awful and they even got our order wrong. To which the waiter did not look impress that we queried.
The whole experience there was terrible and I would advise everyone to save there money and go elsewhere.

Let's start with the service which was unbelievably slow! They weren't busy and yet it took almost 30 minutes for our meal to reach us......I had lasagna which was cold. When they replaced it I found it to be stodgy and flavourless (you get more flavour our of a jar of lasagna sauce)
Moving on to dessert.....we had ice cream so can't go wrong with it really.
Then came the bill....where we had been charged extra for our daughters meal deal, bringing it to £10 instead of £5.99.
All in all a horrible experience and I won't be going again.

Absolutely worst restaurant company in the uk to order a takeaway. Deliveroo website does not allow alterations to meals and I have been ringing Bella Italia for 4 weeks and to this day still cannot speak to anyone. I ordered a meal via Deliveroo app and rang Bella Italia 30 times with no joy. Couldn’t eat my meal I paid for as have an allergy to a specific ingredient. Eventually they replied to an email offering me a free meal. But after 4 weeks of attempts they still will not answer the phone so cannot get my meal. Customer care is shocking so don’t order food folks as not worth the hassle

First order through Uber with Bella Italia Whitfield in Kent. Food arrived one and a half hours late and cold. The fault is with Bella Italia not Uber. Shocking communication, small portions and rubbish service DO NOT BUY BELLA ITALIA!!!
