Endless, long dead spins with no features or bonuses even after hundreds of spins. When features do appear, the payouts are disappointingly low—usually only 4 or 5 times the bet. Take Gates of Olympus as an example: it can take hundreds of spins to trigger a scatter bonus. When you finally get the bonus, you get 15 spins, but 10 of those are dead spins and all multipliers are just 2x. They say it’s random, but how is that possible when this pattern repeats so often during bonuses? What are the actual odds?

I don’t usually spend time writing reviews for anything but felt compelled to on this occasion. Visited Bella casino after the hundreds of adverts you hear on greatest hits radio daily as I thought it must be a reputable brand if it’s been advertised everywhere. I wish I’d read these reviews first.

Sign up and deposit no problem. No ID checks, nothing. Thousands of spins and £250 I haven’t hit a bonus round or feature on five different big bass slots. 50p spins so do the maths how many spins that is without a feature. Managed to land a couple of tidy wins in a row on the endless dead base game spins and got up to about £90. Decided to try to withdraw, guess what… more problems.

Bella emailed me to state ‘withdrawal declined, payment method doesn’t work’. I deposited using my card and they are trying to tell me that my bank won’t accept the withdrawal. Never had any issues before with any other casino site. Lo and behold, the £90 has been spent as it was just sitting in the account and they wouldn’t let me withdraw it.

Bella casino have taken 3 x £10 transactions from my bank on the 7th of jan 2025 3 months after I closed my account with them!! So how do they still have my bank details and why are they taking money from my bank when I don’t even have an account with them anymore?!? They literally took the last of my money which I purposely left there to top up my electric a few days before payday. Bella casino have genuinely put me in a really bad situation. It’s -7 where I live and I’ve not been able to stay warm because they took the last of my fuel money. They told me I would have the money back but I’m still waiting. This isn’t the first time either. Mecca games is a sister site of Bella and they also took 7 unauthorised transactions from my bank last year and I still don’t have the money back from them either. I’ve read other reviews from people saying the same thing so be very careful about saving your bank details on their website. I’ve got all the proof, screenshots, bank statements etc and I am sick to death of this company just randomly taking money from me. Do not play anything related to this company. Been on their casino a couple of times over the last few months, and I mean a couple of times. When you play slots you always seem to lose connection just at the right time game or spin jumps. I don’t mind gambling £100 here or a £100 there but this site is a no no. Literally just joined Bella casino, didn’t even get as far as putting my card details in (luckily) and it wouldn’t let me log into my new account, saying the details are wrong (which they’re absolutely not). Locked me out of my account (which doesn’t even seem to exist) and put me through tithe help bot Monty who is as much help as a granite football. Then went through to what they call champion advisor and got told I was 1st in the queue but it could take up to 15 minutes . . . 30 minutes later I turned the phone off. Very slow to resolve any issues, which they themselves caused. Errors on their end result in winnings being held, with no compensation whatsoever. It is fine if they do not want to give winnings that were won due to an error, but they could have at least given a small compensation reward (e.g. free spins) for the inconvenience that they caused. Would not recommend the site to anyone as this was my first experience, where I received no winnings or compensation after having an account locked for an entire week!

Deposited £20 won £40 and withdrew. A few days later I tried to log in to see why I hadn't got my money yet and they locked my account. Emailed them to see why and never got a reply so theyv essentially just stolen money from me. Very dodgy website, stay away.

Nah don’t bother! Never ever wrote a review for a gambling site as most do it because they have lost & blame the site. It’s a disastrous site, nothing works it takes a certain amount of money, then fails to load. It has literally the worse selection of games I have ever seen. The games you want to play don’t load. Bella Casino actively allow fraud to happen.

My card was fraudulently used, they didn’t bother to investigate and allowed fraud to go ahead. Reported to the fraud department to the UK police. Be warned, do not use.

Be aware. I emailed and complained about issues countless times on behalf of myself and other players. Because of that they have banned me from site saying I was unhappy. I spent enough money so could not have been that unhappy. My overall net deposit was in credit though. I wonder if it had been a minus would they have banned me. They can’t deal with criticism. They are creating a fear culture in chat rooms where players are scared to speak for fear of being banned. I have informed them I am taking this much further. I will be sending all evidence I have collected over the last few weeks to the gambling commission. I emailed rank as Mecca do not respond. Many players are unhappy. Look at the comments players make on their Facebook page. Especially the last one about site being closed again. My comments have been removed yet they did not say anything more than what others are saying. They have blocked me from commenting but other unhappy players can comment about the same issues I commented about. They have sent appalling emails to myself and other players. They have shown that I was treated differently to others displaying the same annoyance. I emailed to raise the issues and ask for their help in resolving them. I asked them to look after players. I asked for communications to be improved so that players knew what was happening. I got banned for speaking up. Players cannot talk about me as they get stopped. They even put a ban on marvel and dc films, of which I am a fan, being discussed in chat. I was targeted. This is evident from all the information I now have. I would advise anyone having issues such as this to take it further.

So far i don't have any issues with this site. Will see when withdrawal process come.
