If I could make one plea, it would be lovely to have a petite option for the trousers.

My jumper arrived very quickly. It was beautifully packaged and the tracking was excellent. Unfortunately I had to return the jumper for a smaller size as it was too big. I am impressed with this company.

Pyjamas are very small & short, don’t buy ladies pjs if you are taller than 5”5, they’re are small for their size and short on the arms snd legs. Very disappointing.

Always searching for the best fitting jeans - i believe i've found the company and make! I phoned Bella di Notte and Tracey was so very helpful on the fit of each type of Trouser.. I bought the Toni Be Loved Trousers in black they really are perfect for me. I am 5.2 and shapely and prefer a slimmish leg which these are. A delighted customer and ready to purchase more in denim.

Super company with outstanding customer service. Love the merino / silk thermals which I’ve purchased. They’re so warm and so comfortable and wash brilliantly - wish I’d bought them years ago. Quite expensive but the quality is exceptional. Highly recommended.

Beware if you are a new customer to this company and think you will be getting 10% off your first purchase. It’s fine if you don’t want to exchange the item but if you do you will be charged the full price on the subsequent item. Bella diNotta were not willing to apply the discount to my exchange item even though I pointed out that I had not received any goods that I was keeping, any exchange counts as a second order. I think the company should be honest with their customers about this. I shall not be using them again which is a pity because the one item I ordered looked to be of good quality it was just the wrong shape.

I used to buy from every catalogue and was very pleased with everything - all well made and I still have several tops from 5 or 6 years ago. However, recently they include too many items made of viscose. The manufacture of this fabric involves the use of acidic chemicals which are very bad for the environment and, more importantly, those in the front line of the manufacturing process develop dreadful respiratory problems. I do not buy anything containing viscose.

The quality of the products is not in question but beware the returns practice of this company! Despite a flashing strap line in uppercase promoting FREE RETURNS they do not offer this if you have even one sale item in a order containing multiple full price items. I had to phone up and make my displeasure known (admin staff very professional and courteous, it has to be said) and they did send out a pre-paid label in the post but clearly they would not do this if you did not make a big fuss. I was referred to the small print at the bottom of the website via a click through link where it does explain their policy but this is a really underhand way to do business when the strap line contradicts it and the order contains full price items - two of which I did keep. Most companies selling goods of this quality/in this price range offer a free returns service and it seems really out of step with the company image.

I’ve shopped with Bella di Notte for many years and have loved their products. I’ve just purchased 4 news items. Two camisoles a blouse and a T-shirt. I loved the style of the blouse and t-shirt and the fit was excellent. The downside was that there was 5% elastic in the fabric. This was not good. The garments had a cold and not very comforting feel. Because they looked so good I decided to keep them but I am really upset about the elastic. 5% is also a lot. Elastic in clothing is usually 2% which is tolerable. The vests which I have bought for years used to be 100% modal which was very comfortable but not so with the 5% elastic. Again I almost reluctantly kept them because they are so useful. I’m a cold person and without the elastic they were warmer.
I really rate Bella di Notte highly for their excellent customer service, in all ways. I still love the style and fit of the clothes but such a shame about the 5% elastic.

This is a really great company I have been using for a little while now since I needed some thermal lingerie. They supply very attractive, reasonably priced, Italian lace lingerie and good quality general clothing. Items are dispatched quickly, free returns are sometimes offered, and the returns process is also straightforward.
