Unfortunately, I have had to score one star due to the fact that my order took almost 10 days to arrive, and when it did, the wrong size labels had been attached to the items. Therefore, the items had to be returned. I am still waiting for a refund despite having to chase this up.

In total your order was delivered on time as advised on our website within 7 days / 5 working days.
Could this be in relation to a different order number as you have not opened a return on the order number in question?
