I’ve been a customer for years, and I’m always impressed with the quality of your products. The sizing is very accurate, although, as with any brand, some styles and cuts don’t always work for me. But in most cases, the fit is 100% perfect.
Your bra size chart is especially helpful and makes ordering online so much easier.
In my latest order, I purchased a tankini and a bra, and everything was simply perfect! The fit, quality, and comfort were all excellent. The delivery was also incredibly fast, which means I’ll still have plenty of time to enjoy my new swimsuit this summer.

The lingerie that I have had has always…
The lingerie that I have had has always been excellent, unfortunately the delivery service they use is absolutely abysmal, Evry the delivery company has been unable to deliver, they have said that 3 attempts had been made on the same day, when questioned they said it was in their delivery hub and would be delivered the next day, this did not happen, they said they had lost the parcel, now after 10 days it has arrived back to the sender.
Now this is more a criticism of Evry, now with its very bad reputation why do companies still use them, my advice is to get another reliable company.

Unfortunately, the issue with your order was with the courier, Evri, and we can only apologise for this. The reason that your order was shipped with Evri is because this is the delivery method that you chose at checkout. We do offer Royal Mail and DPD, so that customers have a choice of three couriers, and are not forced to use Evri.
Your parcel was returned back to us, by Evri and our Customer Service Manager spoke with you on the telephone to advise this. We offered to re-ship your order using a Royal Mail service for you, but you declined.
Whilst we appreciate your frustration with Evri, we would very much welcome your feedback as to any issues you had with Belle Lingerie specifically.

Prompt delivery
Prompt delivery, great value bra's.
Ordered 5 bra's in the sale.
Had to return one as didn't like the fit, and the returns section on the website wasn't working. Sent them an email and they responded straightway to say there was an issue with it, and it was being looked at so try again in 2 or 3 days.
Followed this advice and it worked fine next time I tried. The refund was made quickly. The bra's I kept fit great and are very comfortable.
