If I could rate this company 0 stars I would my advise is to avoid and take your business elsewhere, ordered 2 bras over a week ago, delivery delayed by courier… now been waiting over a week, the company refuses to follow up with courier and I have no idea when delivery will happen… in the meantime they are happy to take my money and hold it…. Customer service absolutely useless!

We would like to clarify a few points, as the information in your review does not reflect the current status of your order.
Your order was placed on the 25th of July. Which was only a week ago. The product you purchased clearly states a handling time of up to three working days, and your order was dispatched on Wednesday, in line with the timeframe advertised on our website.
At checkout, you selected Evri Standard Delivery, which has an estimated delivery timeframe of 4–5 working days. Based on this service, your order is not considered overdue until the end of the 5th of August and therefore remains within the expected delivery window.
We have also reviewed our correspondence and can confirm that our Customer Service team contacted you earlier today to advise that they have already raised the matter with Evri and requested that your parcel be delivered as quickly as possible.
While we appreciate that waiting for a delivery can be frustrating, we are actively monitoring your shipment and will continue to work with the courier until it has been successfully delivered. At this stage, your order is progressing within the advertised handling and delivery times.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience. I requested by phone a refund. They told me they had technical problems and that the only manner to sent it would be by evri. I would have preferred the post office option but I understood that technical problems happen. I received by email the code, but it didn't work the very first time I tried to use it. When I contacted customer service, I was told there were technical issues too with that and I was advised to keep trying because they had no idea when the problem would be fixed. They also said they would extend the refund period, which apparently meant customers were expected to keep making trips just to see if the code would eventually work. After trying three more times over the course of a week, I became frustrated and contacted them again. This time, I was told they would send me a new code because, in the representative's own words, "we had no way of knowing whose codes were and were not affected." That response was unacceptable. If the company knew that some refund codes were faulty, they should have proactively contacted every affected refund customer by phone or email with a replacement code or clear instructions. Instead, they left customers wasting time and making repeated journeys, hoping the system had been fixed. The lack of communication, poor customer service, and failure to deal with a known issue properly made what should have been a simple refund process unnecessarily stressful and inconvenient. I expected much better.

We apologise for any inconvenience caused by issues relating to our Returns Portal over the past 1-2 weeks. The issue was actually with Royal Mail, as there was an issue with their service on our system.
Over the past 12 months, we have only offered Royal Mail (via post office) on our Returns Portal. We re-launched Evri as a returns option again around a week ago, but due to subsequent issues, we disabled this option to allow us to investigate further.
We certainly do not expect customers to make repeated visits to attempt to return a parcel, and we are truly sorry if you have been inconvenienced by this issue.
We’re pleased to advise that Royal Mail is now working again correctly, on our Returns Portal, as of last week.
