I love my rebounder
I love my rebounder. I just had to replace my bands. Hope they last as long as the last ones. In Colorado rubber does not last very long. Even when kept out of direct sunlight.

I love my Bellicon rebounder
I love my Bellicon rebounder. It is smooth and doesn't make squeaking noises when I bounce. I wish there were more accessories offered though to utilize it better and give some resistance training in addition to the benefits of rebounding.

Worthy Upgrade
I am very satisfied with my purchase. The only aspect I am not sure of is the T-bar attachment. It doesn't seem very secure, but I realize it's not meant to hold weight, rather it is just for balance. I hope it holds up over time, but certainly not a deal breaker. I bought another brand (second to Bellicon) several years ago, used, for about $300 (retail $600). It served me well enough until one of the welded legs finally gave out. I upgraded with the Bellicon. My entire family commented how much more they liked it. I have had several knee surgeries and can only do low impact exercises which significantly effects what exercises I can do. The Bellicon is easy to use daily, versatile, and is way more fun! I like the scientific based evidence of the all the additional health benefits as well. It improves lymphatic drainage, the pelvic floor, balance, muscle tone, bone building, etc...). I've added hand weights and a weighted vest for additional strength training to my daily routine. As we age, cardio becomes less important as compared to more intensive strength training and stretching/flexibility. Admittedly it's pricey, but if you think it's unaffordable, I would argue - can you afford not to?

A Joyful Return to Fitness at 60
Assembly was quick — my son put it together in about 15 minutes. He said attaching the cords took a little muscle, but otherwise it was simple.
I’ve been using my bellicon every day and slowly rebuilding my strength and balance after a hip replacement. I lost a lot of muscle waiting for surgery and had completely lost my joy of exercise. I was amazed that with such little effort, my whole body responded and my heart rate went up as if I were jogging.
Just 15 minutes of light bouncing and stepping each day makes me feel energized and strong — from my shoulders to my toes. I also highly recommend the support bar. I mostly just rest my hands on it for reassurance.
At 60, after a lifetime as an athlete — including recently being inducted into the California Hall of Fame for the 400 meters — I honestly feel like myself again. This rebounder has helped me get back on the path to fitness, and I’m recommending it to everyone I know.

Bungees keep snapping off. No matter what strength I buy. I’ve ordered replacements multiple times.

We are so sorry to hear you seem to be going through bungees rather quickly! Please review the info below to help determine why that may be so in your case:
The bungees will wear at varying rates depending on the usage, as a general estimation, we say an average of two years. But it can be 1 year or less, depending on the amount of use, intensity, and duration of workouts and number of users. Environmental conditions can also accelerate the wear of the bungees. Lastly, excessive and rapid bungee wear can also be caused by worn or defective mat hooks.
You can follow the tips below to get longer life out of a set of bungees:
1. Rotate the bungees every few weeks or months by sliding the part that is in contact with the mat hooks into another position
2. You can also take them off and flip them around to even out the wear. Just make sure the metal clips do not touch the frame.
3. If you notice the wear is happening at the mat hooks, check the inside of each one to feel if it is rough. If you feel any rough plastic or it is sticky (from the rubber sticking to it), this could be the cause of the fraying bungees. You can try to sand it down smoother, or let us know about it.
Bungee lifespan can also vary a lot due to environmental factors. Common reasons are:
Environmental exposure
UV light, humidity, sweat, sunscreen, cleaning agents, and temperature swings all accelerate rubber breakdown.
Natural variation in material batches
Rubber products aren’t identical batch to batch, and some variations can shorten lifespan slightly.
Equipment storage conditions
Direct sunlight, being stored stretched, or kept in very hot/cold spaces can shorten life significantly.
Storing your rebounder/bungees away from heat and direct sunlight can increase their lifespan.

I had my unit shipped to Mexico and it took almost 2 months to arrive. When it came the box was ripped open. It would be nice if there was a second box for an additional layer around the unit. I got it put together and I love the way it feels and I had a lot of fun using it but I had to pay an additional $250 to pick it up from the post office because the company didn't pay for the taxes here. Overall I feel like it was a little too much money for this product.

While we do our best to provide shipping worldwide, outside of the USA and EU nations, there are often difficulties with shipping to many countries which can include long delays, damage to the packaging, and high import fees or additional costs.
Mexico is, unfortunately, one such country. The local taxes or other fees are calculated through Shopify, and at your particular shipping location, the local tax information was not in Shopify’s database. We do offer the highest quality rebounder on the market and because we use premium materials to produce them and have high manufacturing standards, that is reflected in the price. However, we are glad you have enjoyed it thus far and we appreciate your feedback!

Paid for new rebounder. Received used Bellicon.
Paying a premium price deserves premium service. Bellicon confirmed that I paid for a new rebounder, but they sent me a used rebounder. The legs were dusty, sticky and greasy inside and out. The rubber on the bottom of the legs looked worn. There were multiple scratches on the frame. I found dust bunny clumps inside the bundled bungees. My hands were covered in thick grime just from touching the mat straight out of the box. It was also incomplete. One mat hook clip and one bungee were missing. Selling a used, dirty, incomplete rebounder as a NEW rebounder is not a minor clerical error; it’s a consumer protection issue. It is a significant misrepresentation of what Bellicon sold to me.
Customer service didn’t take it seriously, saying, “Should have sent you a new one, but you know, uh, mistakes happen.” Their response was both inappropriate and unprofessional. For how serious this situation is I don’t believe it was adequately acknowledged. Bellicon’s customer service was rude. They complained about the length of my complaint, even though the details and photos I provided were directly proportional to the severity of the problems I encountered. They also complained that I should have called instead of emailed customer service. They suggested I contacted them too late, when I reached out promptly the day after opening the box to assemble. I opened it one week after receiving it in the mail due to prior travel plans. Customer service also got my name wrong twice. They did not take the time to even look at my order properly and got important facts and details wrong that I had to correct. Instead of taking ownership for all of their big mistakes Bellicon made unnecessary and inaccurate comments implying fault on my part. The tone of customer service was passive- aggressive. Subtly blaming me the entire time for Bellicon’s many mistakes. The lack of detail and care Bellicon’s customer service showed me as their customer is the same lack of detail and care that led to a used, dirty, and incomplete rebounder being sent as a brand-new rebounder. I was shocked by how I received my order and even more shocked by how terrible it is being addressed and handled. Resolution with Bellicon is still pending…
The rebounder quality and customer service I experienced do not reflect the premium brand Bellicon claims to be. Bellicon needs significant improvements to regain its reputation. I hope they address these issues for future customers.
If you have purchased a Bellicon rebounder CHECK YOUR ORDERS!! If you’re considering purchasing a Bellicon rebounder, really think twice. It isn’t worth it. My best friend wanted to upgrade to Bellicon, but I advised her against it. The rebounding studio my parents attend weekly is now aware of my experience, and they’re questioning the brands reliability. My parents have had their Bellicon for over a decade and can no longer recommend it either. How can a workout studio and current customers recommend a brand with such terrible quality and customer service. I am very familiar with Bellicon, the quality and service have significantly declined. If you’re looking to buy a rebounder, I recommend exploring other rebounder brands. The quality and service aren’t there for the high price point. I hope this helps someone avoid exactly what I am going through.
