Great customer care. From the very first to the very last contact, this “4ourhouse General Enquiry” team made great efforts in trying to resolve my query.
They were quick and prompt with their replies and went out of their way to help.
Many thanks
Wanted a part for a Belling oven approx five years old. emailed them in the first instance and no reply. after a long wait managed to get onto their chat line, gave them all of the model details and serial number and they just said they haven't got the part, but I could search on line but as they didn't have the part then it probably wasn't available anymore. I just wanted the inner glass for the top oven and the oven is only about five years old or less. I asked them who I should contact and they said the maker of the oven and then cut off the chat. You cant even call them either, pretty poor service in general.
Ordered an oven door lock 3 full working days ago.
I was charged £4;99 for delivery.
Still not arrived.
Shocking service for the price charged.
