Ordered a 4m belltent, delivered very quickly. Spoke to one of their team, very helpful and polite. Customer service absolutely excellent.

I’ve been living in my bell tents now from bell tent Sussex for 4 months !
I’m never taking it down
It’s stood 3 Atlantic storms and a lot of wet weather !
Every time the sun shines it’s like every day is my first !

I spoke to Chris about an idea that we had. Chris took the time to explain in detail the options we had available and the best way forward.

He didn’t push one bit for me to buy anything there and then just offered guidance and a quotation.

A week or so later we placed an order and within 2 days we had 5 bell tents delivered.

With a break in the weather this week, we have put them up and the quality is unbelievable. Super sturdy and so easy to put up.

Chris is always at the end of an email or phone call for advice or help if needed.

Good customer service from the start. Chris and his team were a pleasure to work with. I was very happy with the value for money for my stretch tent. The 3 men who came to put it up on the day drove across the country and did an amazing job!! it was all hands on deck with fantastic advice. A lovely company to have dealings with. The stretch tent is situated in the middle of the moors and has so far withstood strong winds and all sorts of weather!! it's doing a great job and kept 20 women dry at my first ever retreat when the heavens opened!! Very good and quick service. Lights are great and just what I Was looking for.

Need to wind lights in carefully, in order to have a smooth experience when using again.

I feel that the delivery charge is rather steep, especially since it's for 'next day delivery', but seeing as I placed my order on a Friday I didn't receive my order until the following Tuesday.
The item ordered was also rather disappointing, I expected better quality. It's a tent carpet which turned out to be more like a plastic mat, also it doesn't lie flat despite being the correct size for the tent.

I recently ordered an emporer tent to use as our family tent. The whole experience has been fantastic, the website helped us decide which tent to buy to suit our family, ordering was easy and the tent arrived the next day. Customer service was quick and responsive in a very helpful way. The tent itself is sturdy, exceptional quality and looks fantastic. It gives us a great amount of space for rainier holidays when we can't be outside and are all in the same space, there's plenty of standing room for even the tallest of people. The ability to use it as a shelter with the sides rolled up mean we're also looking forward to using it in the garden for dining outside all year round as well as having great ventilation on hotter camping trips. The accessories such as carpet and blackout sleeping compartment are just as good quality and well made as the tent itself. Very happy with our purchase.

I bought two single luxury beds to create one big double bed for my wife and I when camping, they came with 2 memory foam mattresses. I did have issue with the beds being damaged upon arrival, however, I really think that was the fault of the couriers and not Rachael or Chris who I mainly dealt with.
New beds were sent out and old beds were collected.
We spent our first weekend using the beds last week and I must say they were so comfortable. I think it may be a tight squeeze if you don’t have a van as they take up space and with all your other camping equipment you may not fit them in a car but I have a transit custom and they fit in there, with all our other stuff with room to spare.

The best money I ever spent on a tent, got the airtent 3mx2.10mx2m and at first I thought it was small when I was laying it but is so spacious for 2 people specially if you put a sofa bed that doesn’t occupy that much space.
Installing took literally 7 minutes as it was our first time so was learning.
Quality of the tent is a million times better than the quechua or any decathlon brand.
Heavy package and quite bulky but I expected that

Product ordered still not delivered and no response to my question on when it would arrive. Poor experience.

Above and beyond the call of duty! Got me out of a scrape so a special shout out to Chris who was exceptionally helpful! I will be back!

I needed a tent cover for our bell tent at short notice and managed to place an order with Bell Tent Sussex around 2-3pm and ended up receiving it less than 24 hours later! Incredibly quick service considering we're based in Angus, Scotland. Would recommend and use again.

Quality product, good value, quick delivery - our awning has been well used this summer. Real heavyweight canvas, no-nonsense poles and proper high quality pegs. Very pleased!
