My friends needed a bell tent for a weekend away, and given it was an open field we decided to go with a 4 metre bell and a stove. So we searched around, and decided on Bell Tent Sussex, who gave a timely delivery, and the tent stood up to quite the storm come August and has satisfied them greatly.

Rapid replies and dispatch

Next day delivery never happened, box looked as though it had been around for a while and on reflection the price was a little high in comparison to the outdoor centers. However that's my fault for not checking first .

The lights themselves seem good but the battery life isn’t great. They wouldn’t last an evening camping.

I ordered the 5m Bell Tent with log burner and associated accessories. Ordering was simple and quick and delivery was prompt. I’ve not had chance to pitch yet, but with reference to level of service thus far, all has been first class!

Great customer service, really helpful on the phone and replied so quickly with some questions I once my tent was up, I exchanged some flooring and that was all quick and really simple, all products I bought are great quality.

Beautiful belltent. Really prompt delivery. Put it up in the garden and there was a storm with thunder and lightening. No leaks 😀
The tripod poles are only a little more work than a central pole.
Everything is good quality. Easy guy ropes and strong pegs.
Bella now dry and packed away ready for a trip to Dorset.

I needed a repair kit quickly and they did everything they could to facilitate this. When Royal Mail failed us, Chris spent two hours on hold to them trying to get through to sort it out. Great customer service.
