Arrived on time and carefully packaged. Have not yet had the chance to pitch the Touareg due to the weather!

We’ve been looking to replace some tents for our Scout Group. We received very good service and prompt delivery. The quality of the tent is excellent and we can’t wait to try it out on our next camp.

Prompt delivery, and seriously, what's not to like about canvas ? I purchased the Sussex Awning for a Young People's festival we host in summer, I've yet to open and put it up, it being still winter. I'm sure we won't be disapointed

Finally needed to replace our 15 year old 4m bell tent that was very battered and worn, looked at lots of different suppliers and sizes, finally settled on the 3m tripod frame fireproof tent from Bell Tent Sussex.

They had the size and design I wanted as the majority of my camping will now be solo, I bought the tent with built in stove hole to allow winter breaks.

I did lots of research before buying and asked Chris from BT sussex a few questions before deciding. I had concerns about stove positioning, he sent me pictures of his own setup which convinced me that this tent was the right choice.

Just arrived back from my first weekend away in the new tent, camped at low Wray in Windermere.

Setting up the tent with the tripod frame is a little tricky first time, but with time will become easier, the frame fits the tent well and is just as sturdy and taut as a centre pole tent.
There were 40mph winds across the site but the tent stood up well and only required the usual tightening up of guy lines to keep it stable.
I had an outbacker Vista stove set up in the tent wich fitted and operated well. Despite my concerns about placement I still had plenty of room inside the tent for my bed, and also a small chair, and also room to move around in the tent to cook food and change clothes etc.

Overall I would say this tent with its specifications and build quality is perfect for my needs, the canvas is heavyweight and good quality, the guylines and pegs are very sturdy unlike others I have used,and all the poles and interior tent fittings are of good quality built to last.

If you are unsure of which of the many bell tent suppliers to buy from I can highly recommend Bell Tent Sussex, what they advertise is exactly what they provide.
