I have just bought my second Suzuki with Belmont after buying my first with my parents 5 years ago. I knew exactly who to trust when I decided it was time to buy a new car after my dad passed away last year. Barry was quick to help and was very friendly, empathetic and worked hard to ensure I felt comfortable with my choices. He answered all the questions I had and was very reassuring and professional. He also helped my mum choose and buy her fist car since my dad passing away, making sure she was comfortable the whole way through. Thanks to Barry for helping me find my dream car!

I would highly recommend Belmont Suzuki. This is the first car I have bought myself following losing my husband just over a year ago. Barry could not have been nicer and very professional. Went through all aspects from choosing car to making the experience of buying extremely simple and did not at any time feel rushed. Everything was in place for me picking up the car with no stress. All staff at Belmont Suzuki are so lovely, professional and approachable. Thank you for making this emotional process so simple and smooth.

All the members of the team, Danielle, Scott and Barry, were very helpful and friendly. I was made to feel welcome and they took time to make sure that I was able to try the vehicles, so that I could select the one which suited me best. There is a huge and varied selection of cars to choose from. I was given test drives in the cars, which I liked, and once I had made my decision, we sat and relaxed with a cup of coffee while we dealt with all the paperwork. The bonus of a free service and a full years MOT is excellent and will save me having to think about these until next year.

Exceptional friendly care and customer service from Scott. Looking to replace older car for commuting purposes and interested in a newer used Ignis, the range on offer met our criteria perfectly. Will definitely be returning to Belmont Suzuki in Wallyford for future car needs.

I cannot recommend Belmont Suzuki highly enough. Suffering with sciatica I needed to change my wee car (a Swift)for something with higher driving position. Scott was excellent throughout, helping me find the perfect car(a Vitara), bringing it to me to try when I couldn't drive and having it delivered to me as soon as he could. Above and beyond what I expected when I first enquired. My second car with the company but definitely not my last. Thank you so much Scott for all your help and advice. Can't wait till I'm able to drive it!

I only went for a look. The place wasn't quite open but Scott dealt with me straight away. I explained what I wanted and he showed me a car which was available and suited my needs. Scott arranged a test drive the same day. I decided that was the car for me but, wanting to pay cash, I said I would need to come back when my finance was arranged. Scott said I could pay a deposit and they would hold the car. I know from past experience that I would not get that option anywhere else. I would definitely recommend Belmont Wallyford and will go back when I get another car.

Excellent garage, excellent service from a top notch salesman John, who excelled in answering questions in layman’s terms. Not too pushy which I like and made me feel very comfortable at all times. Thoroughly recommend this garage and in particular this salesman, a credit to the company!

The whole experience, from walking in and seeing the car in the showroom to driving away as the new owner, was so easy. A payment plan that suited me was arranged in minutes.
The transfer of my private number plate was all done for me so I could drive away with my number already on the car.
I was shown all of the basics before I left and can’t thank John enough for his help and hard work which has resulted in me owning my dream car.

I called in to enquire about the availability & purchase options for a new Jimny for my wife, which miraculously considering the shortage, Greig was able to offer me an option the next day! Absolutely tremendous and my wife was ‘over the moon’! This has been agreed and we’re eagerly waiting for this very soon. While in the showroom, I fell in love with the ‘Porsche Cayman S’ which I subsequently bought with the great help from Greig and Danielle. Thanks for the friendly and excellent customer service!

Can't thank Belmont enough for everything they done for me and my partner. We had to get a new car they went above and beyond for us, keeping us mobile on the road due to a couple of issues. one staff member even coming to the house to get paperwork signed the customer service has been brilliant something you would not find in these well know car garages in Edinburgh, not one but all the staff were very friendly and welcoming! I would recommend them to everyone and we will be back again when we want a new car.

I had quite specific needs and wants when looking for a car and these led me to Belmont Susuki. I'm glad about this as everyone there was very helpful, particularly Scott. He was knowledgeable, as a former mechanic, and straight with me, justifying answers to my questions with clear evidence. Not pushy at all which is good as that tends to push me away! Great customer service through the whole process and reader, I bought the car! Not only that, these guys are my first stop now for all future cars - very happy customer.
