One of the worst experiences in online shopping. I ordered a mobile with Belsimpel last Monday and received a confirmation of the delivery on Tuesday. DHL did not deliver the phone and postponed it by a day. It did not arrive on Wednesday and at 11pm in the evening, there status update was that we missed each other. I contacted their online chat (apparently managed by a bot) and was eventually told to contact the supplier as Belsimpel is their customer.

We contacted Belsimpel on Thursday hoping to get some news but they said that the parcel has not yet arrived with them and they would email on Friday to discuss delivery possibilities. No phone call or email on Friday.

Called them on Saturday and they have not received the parcel back yet, so they will raise a complain. They cannot confirm on a date yet because they don't have the phone back. They cannot cancel my order or send another phone instead because they have not received the phone back, while I am struggling without a phone for a week. Have to carry my personal laptop to work to be able to stay in touch with my family. In the era of fast delivery , one week wait for a phone , highly disappointing.

Wrong information in their website about the sim card and their offer. They don't want to even compensate for this now.

Pathetic experience while ordering the sim card. Had to call atleast 5 times per day for the things to move

I ordered de 'ONE plus Nord 3' and it said 1 day delivery but it took them 3 weeks!! I didn't get any information it was delayed and the reason of it. Finally after 3 Emails I got to know when I was getting it. The phone it self is absolute perfect :)
Update: Belsimpel did contact me after the delivery about the problems en we came to a solution

Bought poxel 7, was not happy. They changed it without creating any complications. Of course i had to wait a Week but got the full money back. And bought honor from them.

Great service.
Next day delivery.

I bought a Xaomi Redmi 9A smartphone. It is great for the price, does the job but much slower than the more expensive phones.
Got all apps too, no problems. Camera bit shaky but as I said the price is absolutely reasonable for this smartphone .

I ordered two Apple Homepods and I received the package next day. Super fast delivery considering they were shipped from the Nederlands to Romania.

I am pleased to share that the company has reached out to me to apologize for my negative experience with their repair service.

They also provided me with a detailed explanation of the repairs that were made to my phone, which helped to alleviate my concerns about the lack of communication and transparency.

I am satisfied with the way the company handled the situation and appreciate their efforts to address my concerns. I feel that their response demonstrates a commitment to customer satisfaction and a willingness to take responsibility for their mistakes.

While my initial experience with the company was frustrating, their efforts to rectify the situation have left me with a more positive impression of their service.

One thing I want to review is how great my experience on this website, it was very easy to place the order, I placed it thursday morning and received the device friday morning in spain. All new, and working in the original sealed box. Packaging was very careful and well protected. Also the price was so much cheaper than amazon spain which was what made me order from here and I would do it again. One thing is if they would add more accessories, and make it easier to be able to browse and search and pick accessories which that experience was a bit annoying (pages were slow to load, and filters didn't apply

Ordered a brand NEW phone, just to find out that the seal of the box has been broken and there was transparent tape put on top, after I contacted the customer service they told me that they perform "random tests" on their products and it's something normal😃 I'll never order a device from them again.
