I bought two phones from belsimpel and I'm happy how things worked.

The phone was mentioned to be on stock and the status is delayed every day with 1 day since 1 week. Second, the change from one carrier to another is not confirmed. Added the PO number (one of them 32424566070 )

This is my 3rd or 4th order and everytime it was perfect. All items were in original, unopened condition, phones and tablets still work flawlessly (some are several years old).

Great service, fantastic delivery time

I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the service I have received regarding my phone order placed on 28th August.

It is utterly unacceptable that, after more than nine days, I have still not received my phone. Despite several calls to your customer service, I was met only with excuses instead of solutions. At no point did your team proactively contact me for updates or additional information — I had to continuously chase you to find out what was happening with my order.

To make matters worse, I have now been informed that my order cannot be processed due to an error on your side. It was your responsibility to verify the order details, including compatibility with the SIM card provider, before accepting my purchase. Instead, you kept me waiting unnecessarily, wasting both my time and patience.

This level of disorganization and lack of accountability is the most disappointing service I have experienced in the Netherlands. I cannot accept being left in the dark for over a week, forced to repeatedly check the status myself, while your company takes no responsibility for its mistakes.

For these reasons, I wish to cancel my order immediately. I expect a full confirmation of the cancellation and, if any payment has been taken, a complete refund without delay.

I sincerely hope you will take this feedback seriously to prevent other customers from experiencing such poor service.
