So the first issue I had encountered with this company was during pre-order of Google Pixel 8 back in October. I was really looking forward into buying it as soon as it shows up available on their site. Ordered the phone and waited patiently for the info. It was supposed to arrive somewhere around 5 days counting from purchase day, so kept patient during that time. Tracking details showed it`s gonna appear on thursday, then from thursday it changed to friday and then on saturday I could see that my order had been cancelled. It was truly weird, so I contacted belsimpel via e-mail, but did not get the so called guaranteed 48h response from them. It started getting really sketchy, no feedback, no updated tracking details, no phone. Got nervous so I started looking for some customer service number, found it, called them on sunday and got treated like an idiot. Lady on the call told me that they will not send me the phone. So asked for a reason. She responded that she can not tell me why, but suggests ordering phone on some other site. Like for real? You tell your customer to order from business rival? Did not get any explanation, compensation, not even an apology! This behaviour contributed to almost not getting Google Buds Pro with a special offer (given only if you purchased phone with a pre-order). This bundle offer was available until monday, so fortunately I was able to make it in time and ordered it on Google site. But still, belsimpel froze my funds so what if I hadn`t had money to get another one? Would had to buy it separately (229euro). Also refund of my money was supposed to be done in 1-2 maximum days. Got it after like 5. Such an amusing situation. This month I decided to give this company one more chance. My phone charger broke down so thought about ordering new one. Despite having issues with belsimpel I thought about giving them second chance. And you know what? They failed miserably! Again! Ordered the charger, paid for it but the very next day the info had occured. "Your order has been cancelled". You gotta be kidding me. Wold have never thought that such a well known and trusted company treats their customers like s**t. I will never ever buy again anything from this site and will also tell everyone interested in getting stuff here that they`d better avoid this scam at any cost.

All right i'm updating my review here as the store came to find a solution, in the begin i had a bad experience but they are replacing the smartphone so i think i can give them some credibility and raise their review to a correct level after they showed they are willing to help.

I buy there for long time online so i believe it's a good store.
