Terrible, do not shop here

I ordered a belt and buckle on 30th November, nearly 3 weeks later I've had nothing from them, the payment was made through PayPal and was paid instantly upon placing the order. I have tried emailing them 5 times (3 times via their contact us page and twice through PayPal) but I've never had a reply from them. I filed a dispute through PayPal which up to now they have also failed to respond to. I definitely would not recommend this shop.

Shameful!

Ordered a belt buckle as a Christmas present at the beginning of December and it never came, despite money being taken immediately. Company have not responded to 4 emails, including an email to cancel the unforthcoming item. Unsurprisingly have not received my refund, and have had to involve PayPal. Do not use this company!
