Bought coat using Onbuy with this company. If you are not happy with an item you have a right to return. Sent three messages with no reply and then onbuy sent another again no reply. They only bothered to respond when PayPal got involved (as clearly that would then cost them money). Avoid dealing with this company as the after sales service is appalling!
Ordered 2 T-shirts, one was too small and was replaced immediately with a bigger size without any hassle. Brilliant customer service. Thanks
I ordered a belt to fit a few buckles I have acumulated over the years. It arrived promptly well packaged and does the job fine. I have seen slightly better quality leather but not often and these you just come accross or you dont? For that reason only it is not 5 star, but if you want a great belt at a great price look no further.
