This is the most unprofessional company I have ever rented a property through, not only did they NOT represent or help me (who paid good money and actually helped them), but they were awful to the poor owner of the property. They should have their business closed down immediately. I am talking about the Edinburgh branch.
I had to give them at least one star but if I could score less I would. Their Manchester branch were absolutely awful. Not turning up for appointments, double booking, not turning up with the keys, no knowledge on the property’s. One property they took me too had holes in the carpets and the doors were peeling and they wouldn’t say whether they would suggest to the landlord about renovations. To sum everything up they wouldn’t take responsibility for anything, even not showing up with the correct keys and were consistently rude when speaking to myself and my partner. Wouldn’t recommend using this letting agent.
