When I was living in the Switzerland I…
When I was living in the Switzerland I used this service for taking care of my face. I have certain troubles with the skin on my face and hence I needed constant caring. Those patches that I ordered here helped me to moisturize my face and get rid of eye bags.
Since I moved from that I place I have never bought anything cooler than these patches. I wish I would travel to Switzerland once again to make an order.
And the price is very affordable even knowing that the country is truly expensive.

We would like to clarify this for the readers of this comment: We had informed Peter about the issues we were encountering with sending the new product to Spain via email. We are very sorry for the delay, but the product was actually not even available as yet for the location and we bend over backwards to make the shipment still happen. It is very sad to see that you chose to publicly comment on this matter, stating we never replied to you.

You may have seen my previous posts here about my 6 month long saga regarding my order with Beneva Black. After numerous attempts to get an answer from the support team, this week I had a personal WhatsApp message from the founder Raphael Rohner, apologizing sincerely for the unfortunate situation due to internal and external issues and kindly offering a full refund as well as organizing an immediate shipment of the products I had ordered, all free of charge. Since, I have received the refund promptly and I have to say that Raphael has certainly managed to redeem his and his company's name. Problems and delays do happen, especially in these unprecedented times we are experiencing, but the lack of any communication despite repeated attempts to understand what was going on, was a rather a bizzare an unacceptable situation. Remembering the motto "all is well that ends well", I thank Rafael for personally stepping in and rapidly and kindly addressing the issue. I hope that I can share also my experience with Beneva Black products in another review here in the near future. After all, sometimes unfortunate problems are the best way to gain lifelong friends and customers...

Service? not really...
ich hab das Produkt noch immer nicht bekommen und es gibt noch nicht mal eine Tracking number...
just super, super disappointing, Corona is a reason for delay but not an excuse for your service, sorry, will be the last order with your company ever.
Also the fact you ask me now for a review says a lot, seems you lost quite some on your customer service desk.. 😞
