I cannot thank the team at Bennett’s enough for the care, compassion, and dignity they showed during such a difficult time for our family. From our very first contact, they were kind, patient, and incredibly understanding, guiding us gently through every step with such professionalism and warmth. They went above and beyond to ensure everything was just right, allowing us to focus on remembering and celebrating my father in law. Their calm reassurance and genuine kindness brought us so much comfort, and we will always be deeply grateful for the support they gave us during such an emotional time.

I unequivocally recommend Bennett’s, Brentwood, they are brilliant. They are so professional, knowledgeable, calm and kind. They did a fantastic job of organising my Mum’s funeral in April, making the whole difficult process so much easier and more pleasant for my Dad, brother and me. We really couldn’t have done it without them. In particular Lisa who was with us every step of the way, including the day of the funeral itself at Greenacres Epping. She is incredibly efficient and responsive. We are very grateful to Bennett’s.

I will never be able to thank Nicola from Bennetts enough for how she supported me when my husband passed away suddenly.
From the first phone call where Nicola answered the support, professional service, guidance I received was absolutely amazing.
I don't think I could of got through this sad time without Nicola, everything I asked for was able to be met, in the end I felt Nicola knew my late husband, I believe that I was able to accept losing my husband easier, as Nicola I feel was holding my hand all the way.

Many thanks to Bennett's for fantastic funeral service for my father this week. From start to finish the service offered was meticulous in planning, we were kept advised at all times, Ian Best the funeral direct was amazing to mother and the rest of the family, I would personally recommend this company and would like to thank Ian and his team for making a difficult day so lovely.

We had a really poor experience with Bennetts. They didn’t let us know when they had collected my fathers body from Queens hospital (but it turned out to be a week after they’d promised), the reception staff had very limited understanding of grief and publicly continued to discuss very private matters, we have been sent two emails with personal details of someone else’s funeral and since the funeral, even though my fathers ashes had been returned to Bennetts, no-one thought to ring us and let us know. We were so disappointed with them. It felt like the company had grown too big for its boots.
