Dissapointed with quality of dry sandwiches and scones set up on a table instead of cake stands, no waitress service at all, the floor was dirty and dusty.
Management was contacted by email and replies were unprofessional, full of excuses and not willing to accept responsibility for their poor customer service.
Poor quality food, very disappointing, especially for the price: £27 for 2 breakfasts & 1 pot of tea. All the food was dry, suspect it was precooked & kept under heat lamps. Fried eggs were hard, bacon was thin, like a value rasher, speciality sausage was dry & hard, half piece of toast was pre buttered & dry. The worst piece of food on the plate was the hash brown, it was horrible. £3.35 for a pot of tea! My recommendation would be to have breakfast at Wetherspoons or Morrisons cafe, better quality food at half the price. Won't be going back
A group of carers tgat I belong to use this wonderful and friendly cafe every Thursday afternoon. This marvellously clean cafe is usually busy, but the staff still provide service with a smile at all times. Highly recommend this cafe to one and all.
