Got sent a Liverpool shirt instead of the Man Utd shirt I ordered & they will not respond to any of my messages. Do not buy from this company.

Ordered a shirt in July. Still no shirt and no response to several emails 4 months later. Avoid this fraudulent company at all cost.

I wish I had read the reviews before ordering! Ordered a shirt early June from what looked a very legitimate UK website, my first concern was when the transaction was shown on my statement it was higher than quoted. It is apparent they are based in China with the reference on my statement. E mailed to question with no response. Still no shirt and after numerous emails still no response. Avoid!

Ordered a shirt 2 months ago. Still nothing delivered and no response to several emails. The website looks legit and well run so why would I doubt them but it’s clearly a scam. Hope others will see the reviews before ordering.
How can I claim my money back and get this website shut down??

Thieves. Charged different amount then no response.3 months since I ordered.

I ordered an Ireland home jersey and a Hungary home and away jersey. All the jerseys I have received are fake, the quality is nowhere near the quality of the original jerseys. They tried to replicate the original jerseys, eg. have the NB and the Adidas logos sewed into them in a very poor quality, but the jerseys are still visibly fake and poor quality. If you put them on, they look even more weird.

Furthermore instead of the Hungary home jersey I received a Belgium home jersey, guess due to the fact that both are red, and instead of the Hungary away jersey I have received a Mexico away jersey, guess due to the fact that both are white. These jerseys are cheap fake copies too.

Their website says "These are not retro reproductions or fakes - but rare, genuine, original, classic football shirts from clubs such as Manchester United, Liverpool, Chelsea, Arsenal, Barcelona and Real Madrid and brands including Nike, adidas, Umbro, Puma, Admiral and Lotto." This is a blatant lie.

Bottom line: don't buy anything from this company.

Shocking company!! Ordered a Las Palmas football top for my brother, for Christmas. The money has been taken out of my account but not for the amount which was originally quoted, it was more. Checked my bank statement and it is showing that it is a company in China that the money has been sent to under a different name rather than ben paddon. Have tried emailing the company and have not received any reply. It has now been three weeks and still heard nothing and the order is still showing as pending. Luckily I managed to get my money back when I contacted my bank. Please stay away from this company, it is likely you won’t receive your item or receive an incorrect product.

Ordered an Iran 2014 home and away kit with my name on the back of both 'Shervin' and the #12 on each one. They chose to send me two Chile kits (home and away instead). Kits are official and good quality but just sends the wrong ones. Doesn't get back to emails or refund responses. Would avoid this unless you want a surprise.

Ordered the Welsh 2015 home (red) and away (yellow) shirts. Alarm bells rang when i was charged international transaction fees by my bank and the cost didn't match (due to exchange rate variance). In fact the payment went to China.

I emailed them (well, used their contact box) to cancel, as per their terms. No reply.

I actually received a Welsh home pair of white 2016 shorts (not the red 2015 home shirt) and a yellow Sweden home 2014 shirt (not the yellow away 2015 Welsh away shirt)

They wont reply to anything.

Avoid at all costs. Fake website operating under World Soccer Shop.

Don't bother trying to contact them.

Ordered 2 shirts (West Ham and Wales). Alarm bells started ringing when my CC was charged in Chinese Yuan rather than GBP. Order showed as pending in the customer portal and no delivery confirmation received.

I sent them several emails trying to find out what happened to my order, including a threat to get my bank to reverse the transaction and received no response.

After two weeks I sent my bank a form to get the transaction reversed and two hours later a package showed up on my doorstep! The package contained a West Ham Shirt (more recent year than was ordered, nice) and a Belgium shirt, wait I ordered a wales shirt! Looks like they just grabbed the first red shirt they could find in their international section. I have since sent three emails through their contact us form to try and get this corrected but so far nothing.

The Shirts themselves were legit and the prices were cheap. In effect I'm telling myself I got a shirt I wanted for the same price as I would pay at a local store, with a free training/running top thrown in.

Not a legit company. Ordered a shirt - money taken from my account, but no indication of delivery date (still "pending" 3 weeks later), no confirmation email, no response to emails to their customer service, no social media presence... and have only now realised it's a direct forgery of the worldsoccershop.com website.
Stay clear.
