Duped by repeated delivery of handwritten advertisements in the form of compliments slips, I thought it was a local firm, it is in fact a national firm, they contract out locally.
A vey young lad was sent out to do the job.
The property is end terrace, he placed his ladder at two different locations at the back of house and only once at the front. I asked him about it and he said he reached ok. I can still see growth at places in the guttering. I will need to get another firm to do it.

The first time our gutters were cleaned the job wasn't done properly. I filled in the survey they sent me and gave my contact details but no one contacted me. I then contacted them directly and this time I received a call. The person I spoke to said that she could see from the photos I'd sent that there was still debris in the gutters and arranged for them to be cleaned again. She made no apology or acknowledged that it hadn't been done well.
After the second time I checked the gutters again and they still had debris and sludge in them. I cleaned them myself this time. I definitely wouln't recommend them.I believe they rely on the fact that most people won't be willling or able to check their work.

Samuel arrived at 07.30 am, the time proposed by Ben's Gutters Central Control (to early). Immediately started the work and finished within the hour. Kept me up to date throughout and showed the photos of the final results, everything cleared. Identified ancillary issues ie two wasps nests, but continued the work. Excellent bit of service, arrived on time and thoroughly completed.

I contacted them in June, after receiving numerous leaflets telling me they were doing my neighbours gutters. This was untrue and misleading. I have no idea why the post office are still sending out their leaflets. Nobody has ever heard of them, and they have NEVER done work local to either property I own. But I have so many of these leaflets from them now, that I could build a tree with them. If they want business- JUST BE HONEST! I wish they would stop trying to get work by conning people into thinking you are doing work for their neighbours. It's quite shameful.

Scott from bens gutters was very professional, showed up on time and did a great job with cleaning our gutters.
Would highly recommend

They were unable to do any work on the gutters at the first appointment due to high winds but they re-scheduled for 4 days later. Scott came today at the agreed time and professionally and cheerfully worked his way round the house. Would recommend to anyone.
