The minute I walked in to your…
The minute I walked in to your Heathfield store I felt relaxed and the female staff member greeted me with a smile, no pressure, just advice and a genuine interest in me. I knew roughly what I wanted but was given advice on the best bed for me. She advised me on colours and matching headboard also telling me about discounted offer till Monday. I left the store with ideas and knowledge. I returned with my husband on the Monday placed my order upgraded my headboard and was given two free items as I chose a plan to cover my headboard for any spills or accidental damage. I'm looking forward to my new bed arriving, up to now I am really impressed with the service and knowledge of the staff.

A very welcome and pleasant experience
John Holland made us welcome, listened to what we were looking for, showed us a number of options that would fit the bill, then left us alone to try out the mattresses, only returning when we said we had made up our minds. He explained all the next procedures clearly and we had some minutes of friendly chat. It was a very pleasant experience

Disgusting service and behaviour
Disgusting service and behaviour. Ben the driver didn’t bother to turn up and refused to answer my calls. I am sleeping on the floor tonight. When I contacted customer service I was put through to 5 different people and. I have requested a refund and ordered another bed and mattress from a better firm. I would not recommend them to anyone.

The shop assistant was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. The delivery team were very polite and very fast and efficient. I was impressed by the communication from the delivery team making sure I would be in and also on their delivery times. Excellent work Bensons.

Their secondary delivery company was very efficient in and out within minutes and took away our old mattress . Excellent buying experience
My wife and myself were allowed, without interference, to walk around the showroom and any questions that we had were answered but no pressure to purchase was ever placed on us.

Excellent Customer Service
We had excellent customer service from John at Bensons beds in Ayr. We were looking for a small double bed, with a headboard and a firm mattress and John showed us exactly what we needed very quickly and my mum is very happy.

Great Shopping Experience
Our first visit to Benson in Ayr, Scotland was incredibly pleasant. The sales staff were incredibly helpful, knowledgeable and gave us time to browse. Once we selected an item, the staff member explained various options and adapted the choice to suit our needs. I would shop here again in future and recommend it to anyone looking for a great retail experience.
