Bensons have on the whole provided an excellent service. The website is great for managing the delivery as far as changing delivery times and address and you can track delivery on the day. Communication was mostly great. I did want to speak to the delivery team though and was told I would get a call from them 30minutes beforehand which I didn’t. So there was a bit of a delay when they arrived which could have been avoided. But the bed was delivered and put together successfully.

The member of staff in the shop was very knowledgeable and helpful. The delivery of the bed was good as well with it being no problem having to change the date. Then it being really good service in that we got a text a few days before giving me a time slot and then on the day the driver phoning to say he would be about half an hour. Great service from start to finish. This is the 2nd time I have ordered a bed from here. Last time was in about 5 years ago and actually was the same member of staff in the shop that served us.

Sleeping well
Joanne in the shop professionally answered my questions without any pressure to purchase. The delivery arrived as scheduled and on time. Both men were respectful of me and my property leaving it all tidy, they explained the mechanics of the bed and offered advise. Very pleased.
