All staff within the store of Bensons in Barnstaple were very helpful even the lady who took my initial phone call with the advice I required which was helpful as your store was our nearest and it was an hours drive away.
When we arrived at the store we were assisted in our sale by Connor who helped us with our enquiries, he was helpful , very informative on the products allowed us time to make our choices and we the bought the products we needed.

Sue was very helpful and patient and turned it into a quite relaxing experience the only thing I will say is I can’t believe when you spend over £1100 on a mattress they then charge you £49 to deliver it

New ottoman bed base and headboard
We recently bought a new ottoman bed base and headboard from bensons for beds in Barnstable, from entering the store to having the bed delivered everything was a very smooth process, the sales ladie was very helpful and listened to our needs and helped us get the product we wanted, The bed was delivered exactly on time and the delivery men were most helpful and respectful to our home, nothing was too much trouble, we are very pleased thank you

Great customer service from Chloe, she explained everything so well and was incredibly helpful and patient with all of our questions. Above all there was no pressure and we got space to look around by ourselves, which I always find refreshing in a sales environment.
