We were greeted by Sheila who was very helpful and helped us work out exactly what we needed. We went back the next day and another lady who was alsovery helpful and outlined our order with ease.

Received my Bensons mattress today and was very pleased had my phone call and delivery was earlier which was great . They unwrapped mattress and placed on bed and they were extremely polite and courteous.I will definitely be going to Bensons again as I found them a very helpful and caring company

The store has a wide variety of mattresses, which can make choosing quite difficult. However, thanks to Robin, we were able to make a well-informed decision. He was patient, kind, and answered every question in great detail. It’s clear he has a very deep knowledge of mattresses.
I also had a few follow-up questions the next day and called requesting to speak with him. Although he was with another customer, he called me back as promised and was just as helpful over the phone. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience.
The delivery service was also excellent. Kay and James were courteous, professional, and helpful.

I found the sales woman rather dismissive of my views. After I questioned the shop price to the online price. We eventually found the reason why. However she got very defensive and rather blunt.
I very nearly walked out.

I visited the store to try out and possibly buy a new mattress. Sheela was the lady who helped me in store and not only was she a lovely, genuine lady, she was very knowledgable, non pushy and really helpful. There was a pretty decent range of mattresses in the store, which was helpful. I ended up making a purchase and taking out finance.
If you're looking for a mattress, go and see Sheela-she's outstanding.

We needed a new mattress, as we were passing to go shopping we noticed that there was a Bensons for beds on the May flower. We went in 15 minutes prior to them closing. We knew what we were looking for and tried around 3 to 5 mattress. Robin was very helpful and also knew his products , I kept saying are you sure this is okay as they were waiting to close , he was very genuine when he said he was fine and proceeded to tell us about more mattress upstairs. We chose one and again I had said we could come back. Again he was happy to serve us even though he should have finished at 6pm. First class customer service by Robin. Mattress we have bought is great . The delivery drivers were polite, friendly respectful of my property, put mattress on bed and took away all packaging. Great service and product.
