The member of staff listened to what we wanted, then gave us a choice of beds to try. They calmly explained the ordering and delivery process. They explained the finance options. All in all an excellent shopping experience.

A first Class customer service experience from Zam yet again! We have purchased several beds over the past 10+ years and most recently in 2021, 2023 and September 2024. The whole process was easy from using the 'test bed' to find the correct firmness rating, trialling various beds and deciding on preferred bed. No sales pressure or upselling, just an honest desire to make sure that we were happy customers. The team at your Bolton store were extremely helpful. There was a slight delay due to the circumstances oversees but this could not be avoided and they kept us up to date constantly on our product. The bed is very comfortable and looks aesthetically great in the room. It has a lot of storage room underneath. The inner metal bar was slightly bent but we are still able to use the bed for the desired reason. We have since been back to purchase bedroom furniture (wardrobe, bed side draws and chester draws). The only down side is that it doesn’t come with a dressing table!
