Good advice, friendly staff, no pressure!
A lovely chap who showed us around, gave us lots of advice and pointers, sharing his knowledge on each item. This allowed us to make the right choice for us.
The whole experience was positive and we would highly recommend Benson's for Beds to friends and family.

Sales assistant listened and left us alone to consider options rather than hovering and/or hard selling.
Unexpectedly signed up for taking away old mattress because she explained how no part of it would end up in landfill.

The warm welcome we received from Mary…
The warm welcome we received from Mary set the tone for a happy bed and mattress shopping experience! What a difference it made actually speaking with a knowledgeable and honest salesperson rather than trying to navigate purchasing online. After months of searching we had bought the bed and mattress in no time. Let’s hope they are as comfortable and well made as they appeared.
