So the Cardiff Store messed my order up…
So the Cardiff Store messed my order up and I had to wait for a headboard for 2 months whilst the beds were delivered already. After 2 months I came to know that the headboard cannot make it to our room without being split.... so 1 more month waiting for a split headboard... it arrived today... but guess what...
The delivery guys were not told that they have to assemble it to my bed... they were only asked to deliver it.... wow!!! Amazing..
So I requested them that I fundamentally understand this but what am I supposed to do...
Jakub the delivery man was kind enough to help and fix it... but...
They need to organize better.

When we arrived at Bensons in Cardiff…
When we arrived at Bensons in Cardiff Gate on Sunday 28 December 2025 we were looked after by Summer. She asked us what we wanted and explained the options available and not once did we feel pressured although there was a lot of information to process.
4 weeks later the bed was delivered by two very polite and helpful drivers. We love our new mattress.

Our assistant, Summer, allowed us plenty of time to make our choice and we were shown a variety of mattresses in order to make comparisons.
