Chester store is s fantastic place to get your bed!!! highly recommend
Both times we went we were treated very well. staff and manager were welcoming understood our needs immediately and showed us the best product that would meet our needs.
They informed us on the current sale and generally made it an easy purchase for us.
I dont remember the first guy who served us but he was amazing and very polite. On our second visit the store manager Dave was fab and aprreciated the repeat business and gave us a good discount.
We did not need our beds until later and Dave has been exemplary in helping us move our delivery times

The whole experience was positive
The whole experience was positive. From the salesperson, being kept informed at every step, the phone calls about delivery time, then the actual delivery when the delivery men actually removed their shoes when they came in the house, removal of old mattress and the set up of the new one was very professional with all the rubbish being taken away. The whole experience was totally stress free. A big thank you

Easy and Hassle Free Experience!
As a wheelchair user they made the whole experience so easy. The sales staff were so helpful and friendly but never pushy or overbearing. I was able to browse without harassment until I had a rough idea of what I wanted. Then the staff were super helpful and made the whole experience of purchasing easy and hassle free.
