Aman was very helpful, spent a lot of time with us testing out different mattresses and she was very knowledgeable.

Very helpful sales assistant. Tried out the bed to assess best mattress type depending on how we slept etc and then showed a range of mattresses that would be suitable. Great service.

Very good experience. Salesman was excellent giving all answers to questions. Delivered on time , phone call 30 mins before delivery. Delivery men were extremely helpful taking bed upstairs and quickly assembled.

Jai was a great help when we visited the store. He explained our options when we told him our needs and we came away very satisfied with the whole experience.

Good experience buying delivered on time put in room of choice but wished we had had the building help the drawers and bedside tables were fine but the wardrobe was a nightmare to build

The staff in the shop were very friendly and explained the differences in the mattress options. The discount post the Christmas period was also welcome

Approached with a huge welcome and a massive smile it would have been difficult not to have gotten on with the salesman, very knowledgeable and totally open and honest he helped me make my decision super easy. Everything was chosen and ordered very quick and efficiently and I was informed of every step of how and when things happen from here on.

From when we walked in and until we left we were treated brilliant. Shown plenty of beds and encouraged to try them which for me was again brilliant.

I liked the medium firm feel of this mattress I had first tested a number of different mattresses in store so I knew exactly what I wanted. I was happy to get home and make the purchase.

Five stars for the staff & service provided:-
As a returning customer we knew what were we’re looking for & explained to the staff what we wanted. We were immediately shown the beds that related to our requirements & the optional choices explained - number & colour of divan & draws.
After choosing the bed purchasing was easy & delivery was arranged pre Christmas with a date to suit us including removal of our old bed.
Great service & friendly staff. We have always returned to this store for our own bed purchases & when assisting elderly relatives due to the friendliness of staff, their expertise & competitive pricing.
Not so many stars for Bensons & the staffs working conditions:-
The only thing I can say which may put some customers off is that the store heating was & has been broken for sometime & as the weather is now getting colder the store is extremely cold as they only have heaters near the staffs payment desk - such a shame that staff have to work in such poor conditions. Bensons please think about your staffs working conditions, they are battling through but should not have to put up with such poor working conditions.
