Really impressed with the service.
When we bought the bed (a few months ago) we hadn’t a date fixed for our new house. We were told we could move the date forward but not back. We never anticipated having to move the date for delivery so many times. Bensons never hesitated, it was never a problem. We were finally able to take delivery last Wednesday. Love our new bed, really comfy. The guys were very quick, friendly and very tidy.
Highly recommend Bensons for goods and service.

Bed was delivered but not built as expected. Not sure where that went wrong. Pretty sure I asked for a build. Delivery people not particularly helpful though they had had a rough start to the day (flat tyre). Suggested I phoned Dumfries Bensons - who were very helpful and organised a local joiner. He told me I was the second problematic delivery he had put right that day

Great staff (Kristi, in particular) and choice of mattresses. No pressure to buy or choose quickly, which is just what I needed to assess the best mattress for a bad lower back.

We bought a new mattress at Dumfries. The gentleman we dealt with was very courteous and helpful, explaining all the relevant aspects of a orthopaedic mattress. This allowed us to choose the one we felt we required. He ensured we were shown all the differing options and was very professional in doing so.

This was an easy and pleasant experience from our first reconnoiter visit to the store all the way to the delivery and assembly , staff were polite and helpful, happy to answer any questions we had utilising their excellent product knowledge.

Went to look for a mattress and didn’t really know which one to choose. The staff were very informative and guided us to a suitable mattress for our needs and budget. No pressure to purchase a more expensive one, we were shown an expensive one which we stated that we didn’t want to spend that amount. Staff very friendly and nice. Very pleased with the service.
