Ryan The store representative was very informative and explained various options and answered our questions.the mattress was diverted a week later the delivery team ( Emilian and Daniel ) kept us informed primer to there arrival, they were very polite and respected the property with every care

I recently ordered from Bensons for Beds and found the delivery service to be well‑organised and straightforward. The team provided clear communication ahead of the delivery, including time‑slot updates that made planning easy. The drivers were polite, handled the items with care, and ensured everything was placed exactly where needed. Overall, a smooth and reliable experience that made the process stress‑free.

My bed is an ottoman…The Sudbury…lovely bed… although managed to open easily in store (a lot thinner mattress) I do struggle to get my hands in easily to lift it. It should be mentioned to customers that a thicker mattress will make it harder to find the very short straps. So perhaps longer straps would change this! Once straps are located (and scuffing back of hands each time) it’s easy to lift.

I also think £150 for delivery and to assemble the bed is a little steep! That was nearly half as much as the bed cost itself.

Yes…I did get it in the sale with a good price, but it kind of negates the saving when paying a lot for delivery and assembly.

But I do love the bed and would have given it 3.5 stars if possible. But sales guy and delivery people were lovely so 4 stars goes to them, plus I do love my bed apart from the above issues. Thank you ☺️

Staff friendly but helpful- no pressure given, everything explained well

My wife and I visited the store at The Ravenside Retail Park in Erdington. The store had customers looking around and being helped by staff. We were approached by a team member and discussed what we were looking for, and was shown multiple options. Beverly was extremely helpful, the Sealy mattress has now arrived and is perfect.

Love our new bed. Good knowledge of their products, the sales representative was fantastic, good advice, knowledge and helped us choosing the right bed. Will use again, they also have good ranges of beds.

From the showroom to delivery everything was professional.
Got to try different mattresses in the showroom which was a big help. The salesman was very knowledgeable & helpful.
Delivery drivers were brilliant & took away the old bed & left the room tidy.

The sales lady Bev was very kind and helpful. The information leading up to delivery was good . I would have appreciated a reminder the day before delivery as it came at 7 am but I wasn't expecting them so wasn't ready. The delivery guys were nice and took the next bed then came back and fitted it in for me
