Did everything to expectations and as promised, and even went beyond!
Sales was straight-forward and pleasant experience, I was kept in the loop up to the day of delivery and given a timeslot that was kept to.
Delivery and construction (including putting the headboard from my old bed on) was efficient and professional.
End to end, a very good experience.

What a great experience we had purchasing our adjustable bed at your store in Gillingham. Odette, Andy and the team were welcoming without pressure and really made us feel at ease. Let down at the end
While we had a good in store experience, the delivery let everything down. The delivery team "couldn't" get the futon up the stairs (I managed single handedly) and the packaging / rubbish wasn't taken away.
When paying almost £3,000 for goods, this isn't the service I would expect
