It was great because the range is excellent, every thing went well until we were about to pay then the bombshell landed when we were asked “would you like it your purchase delivered?” Okay…. Then that will cost you a further £45.00 plus £50.00 to recycle your old mattress! The total cost of the extras to well over £100 on top of the considerable original price! Not happy about that! Very disappointed indeed.

In the shop we were greeted warmly, offered assistance and helped with a first priced bed. Paperwork completed and delivery booked all within an hour…
Andy and andy were great at delivery. They called ahead, cracked on and got the bed sorted quickly! Cleared away all rubbish and got on their way. Superb service from professionals.

Having just received my new bed
Having just received my new bed, l must say what a wonderful experience of dealing with bensons beds. From start to finish all was first class. My bed was installed quickly and efficiently, by Jason and Steve plus all rubbish removed. So many thanks to Shirelle in particular who organised everything without hassle.

IWe could not fault the experience when looking for a sofabed . The sales man was very helpful . He opened the bed for us to apprieciate the size and to give us instructions on how the bed is coverted to a bed from sofa . So easy ,wonderful The saleman was not pushy in anyway and would answer any questions we had .

Easy and successful shopping experience
I was looking for a new mattress. The sales person, Shirley, was very helpful and informative. I found a mattress and also a bed due to them both being reduced. I was offered 0% finance and details printed out for me to review before deciding to buy. I went back a week later and placed the order.

Very good all round experience with Bensons!
Shirelle was so helpful and gave us lots of time to test out various mattresses and bed bases. There was also a testing air-bed that indicated our firmness preference.
Everything following our decision to buy and the following communication has been excellent.
We look forward to the arrival of bed and mattress in six weeks.
