My son and I both bought our beds from the Hastings branch and were really well looked after by Wayne. He spent a lot of time with us, helping us find the right firmness level and then showing us all our options. Nothing was too much trouble and he had the patience of a saint. Really friendly and helpful. We finally chose our beds and the order process was easy.
We were kept up to date with delivery date and times and called the morning of delivery to give an approximate time of arrival. The delivery guys were really friendly and very efficient and the beds were together in no time. All packaging and old mattresses taken away and left spotless.
We’re only 3 days in but so far we are loving our new beds and comfy mattresses. My bed looks beautiful, exceptional quality and the ottoman option is a real bonus.

I'm very happy with my new mattress and bed frame. The wooden frame is good solid wood and good quality for a very reasonable price. The mattress was almost half price and is also good quality.
Also Bensons kept me updated on the delivery date and time.

Great service when buying and great delivery service

I was very happy with the instore service when I purchased a new mattress from the Hastings branch. Bensons have a wide range and were very helpful in answering my questions, I didn't feel hurried and the staff were very professional and knowledgeable. The delivery service was excellent too with a useful timeslot and the Sealy mattress I bought was the right choice and just what I wanted, very comfortable and with good support.

Delivery was on one of the hottest days in the June heatwave. The delivery men were on time having phoned in advance, cheerful, polite, respectful in asking if they should remove shoes, and hardworking. Lifted the bed frame and mattress to the room upstairs with courtesy and welcomed the drink afterwards!

Dayne at the St Leonards store was so helpful. He wasn't trying to push a sale and was on hand for all my questions. I suffer with chronic pain and he knew exactly what to suggest to aid with that. He was super friendly and just lovely to deal with. Thanks Dayne for all your help.

When they made my bed they did a brilliant job,the staff are were very polite and friendly , helpful , I would recommend Benson for beds.

Great experience in store. We weren’t pounced on as soon as we went in the store which was great. We were able to browse by ourselves and then go to a salesman when we were ready. He explained different options and we made our choices, not pushy at all. Delivery arranged easily and we were kept informed the whole way along.
On the day of the delivery tracking was very useful and I also got a call to say they were 45 minutes away. Really great delivery guys, polite and respected my property. Really happy with the service from beginning to end.

The service in branch was very good by the 2 sales assistants that we interacted with. The ordering process was simple. Communications was good for delivery and the team delivered the bed and mattress on time.

Friendly an helpful advice at time of purchase and the delivery team were 1st rate. Courteous and tidy and went the extra mile to help me which was much appreciated as I am partially disabled. 5 star service all round.
