This was our second bed this year from Bensons. The first was ordered in store in Huntingdon, the second on line. On both occasions, the service we received has been superb from start to finish. The products are also first class. Highly recommended.

Bensons for Beds Huntingdon Team
Helpful staff, not pushy
We returned to Bensons for Beds in Huntingdon after previously purchasing a Sealy bed from them, which sadly developed a fault just five months outside its guarantee.
The staff were welcoming, friendly and helpful, without being pushy. Having read positive reviews of Tempur mattresses, we appreciated their honest advice about the pros and cons of the different options. There was no pressure to buy the most expensive mattress, which made the experience much more comfortable.
We eventually decided on Tempur mattress. Unfortunately, after nearly half an hour trying to arrange the purchase, the team were unable to offer the zero-deposit, three-year interest-free deal advertised online. We therefore ended up purchasing online instead.
The staff were very apologetic, and this feels like something for the marketing team to address. Giving stores visibility of—and access to—the latest online offers would help prevent helpful staff from losing sales after doing all the groundwork.
Our mattress arrived within two weeks, and we’ve been very happy with it since. Overall, great service from the Huntingdon team, let down by the disconnect between the online and in-store finance offers.
