Good purchasing experience
I found the staff very helpful when choosing my new bed, and the follow up communication by email was excellent. Delivery was delayed due to a road traffic accident but a new delivery date was very quickly planned. I can recommend Bensons on the quality of service I received.

Great customer experience
The personal attention given to us by Charlotte was a main reason of us purchasing. Attentive but not pushy letting us browse and always being available when questions needed answering. The quality of products is not in question as we have purchased from here in the past.

The chap who looked after us was so patient with me and so helpful it made such a change from a bed shop we had been to the weekend before.
It's small things like this that made the sale, I wasn't going to spend as much as I did but because of the customer service I received from the salesman it wasn't as painful as I thought
